room setup, furniture, blinds, ac Setup of the room and placement of the furniture was awkward. It was hard to get around and some items were pretty useless. Example: having the frig, microwave, and coffee directly under the area where you hang clothes was aweful. The corner near the sink was empty space. The green chair was terrible to sit in and was so stained that we didn't trust it without a towel on it. The blinds could use some weights in them to stop them from interfering with the ac when running... the air blows right into them and the room does not get cold. The AC had a smell... maybe the filters need to be cleaned or replaced.

Room was not clean. Previous occupants had spilled some kind of juice or soda in bottom part of nightstand and it was sticky. One of the beds had not had the sheets changed and it had obviously been used. Old coffee filter was still in coffee pot. Garbage was on floor behind toilet. No phone book or other reference binder for places to eat. No notepad or pen. Our room only had 1 washcloth and 1 hand towel and only 3 bath towels for a 4 person room. No bag for ice bucket. The iron was dumped in one of the drawers and the front of the dresser drawers had food or something dried on to them. Very disappointing stay.

The staff were super kind to me and made me feel very comfortable as a solo traveling female. The bed was really comfortable and felt like a safe area.

There was some noise at night at times, but nothing too disruptive. The floor carpet felt like it needed to be replaced because it was aged. Slight smell to the room, but what you would expect from a motel

I liked it a lot. everything clean. all the amenities were great. generous towels, etc, especially for the low price (paid $95). nice breakfast included.

only down rated due to lousy door keys. we had to continuously have the key cards reactivated. I think system needs to be updated. it gets frustrating, especially when in a second floor room.

I have honestly not seen that level of hospitality in a very long time. I called to ask for extra coffee before we arrived and it was in our room waiting for us. They also thought to leave extra coffee each day we were there. The rooms were very spacious too. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff went above and beyond to greet you and ask if you needed anything every time they saw you.

The lady at the front counter was so sweet and nice. One of the most respected, respectful people I have encountered in a hotel for a very long time.

I didn’t like the heater made giant noises like it was going to break down. Sounded like a car motor. I was afraid to turn it on half the time, but it was the only thing that could rent out the traffic from the highway.

The pillows are great! Super friendly staff, clean room (former Hyatt housekeeper so you KNOW I was judging) and we didn't hear a single neighbor or even people in the pool ten feet from our door during our two day stay. I wasn't expecting much after staying at the Wyndham Travelodge in Halsey a month or so ago, but I was pleasantly surprised! The walking distance convenience store and three different options for food were a bonus for sure. Also, for my fellow cigarette smokers, they have smoking rooms! Please be considerate and turn on the bathroom fan 🙂

Room temperature was easy to maintain. Bed was very comfortable. Front Desk help was polite, friendly and courteous. Very safe place to stay in a not very safe area. Cameras monitored at all times. Breakfast choices were good and plentiful. Shower was great!

No complaints at all about our stay here.

I love the inside of the hotel rooms, even though the bathroom was small, it was extremely clean and updated with tile around the bathtub. The mini fridge was impressive, freezer was separate from the fridge and it was a good size freezer. The best part was the vintage pool and hot tub plus I really liked the tasteful (vintage style) couch. Staff was really friendly. I would recommend to my friends and family. I will be renting from Super 8 in Albany Or. Again. Thank you!!!

The outside view, on the McDonald's side, is really a sore eye (ugly) but the pool area is very vintage and cute. I also didn't like the pet (dog) policy, too many big dogs barking and one of the owners had a hard time containing her dog. It seemed like everyone hung out in the back part of the parking lot to smoke cigarettes and hangout with their dogs. Trashy

We had a amazing, time in Albany. Our daughter got married. She lives 3 minutes alway from Super 8. It was really quiet and clean around the Hotel. Customer service was great.
