College Inn

CI is apparently an old fixture of this little college town. The room was small and the furniture a trifle aged. Nonetheless, it was comfortable, the air-con and the internet and the fridge and the microwave all worked just fine. The coffee and tea service was entirely adequate. CI does not supply breakfast, but the restaurant just across the parking lot provided very good pancakes with delightful link sausages. Hard to beat.

Fitted sheets that did not pull out wold have been an improvement.

I am happy to report that there was a remarkable difference from the last time we stayed back in early November!! The restroom floor was extremely clean, the carpet was fresh and did not have any smell both when we walked and during our 2 night stay! Kudos to the management and staff for doing a remarkable job taking the time to thoroughly clean the room!! My husband and I were very impressed!! Thank you!

We were wondering about the bed sheets, i.e. what happened to the fitted sheet? During the middle of the night the sheet came untucked from the bed and we noticed that the bottom sheet was not fitted, but just a flat sheet. Needless to say, both nights became a bit uncomfortable because the sheets untucked themselves. Fitted sheets??

Staff were friendly and personable, and directed us to a great breakfast restaurant (we wanted a cooked breakfast, as we were there for the Cycle Oregon Joy Ride!) Our room was spacious and very quiet, and we appreciated the privacy and blackout blinds. Everything was spotless and the property is obviously well maintained. Convenient location and right across the parking

Can't think of a thing. This place was great! I would certainly stay again and plan to visit this beautiful part of Oregon again soon.

That is next to The Grain Station, there breakfast there is right on, Their bed was comfortable and the room was clean but it does need updating, their toilet, well, it needs to be replaced. The one we have at home, I must admit, it's spoils you. We keep coming back, because it's the only hotel down the street from campus, so it's within walking distance ...

The bathroom needs updating. For a king bed, you need 4 pillows not 3. It looks somewhat nice, but muy head, well, it likes to be up, it helps with my Asthma. The soap dispenser, I wasted more water trying to pump the dispenser than using a bar of soap. A wall plug, for the opposite side would be nice to be able to charge my phone. Charging cords are not very long, as we all know ...

I love the location of the College Inn due to being in town to move my daughter into WOU. It's nice to have a motel near where I need to be when visiting my WOU student. I also like knowing that there is someone on staff at all times during our stay.

I thought the cost was a little higher than I remembered from our last stay. Our room had a broken light switch, so we were unable to use the lights by the beds. The curtain was missing hooks & the pull rod was not connected, though we made it work. Not enough toilet paper in the room to get through our 1st night.

I immediately walked in to a very friendly face! Check in was quick and very informative. Went up to my room and it was clean and inviting

There was a small hair in the bath tub but that doesn’t mean they didn’t clean it. I understand and it wasn’t a huge issue for me.

Air conditioner worked stupendously! Great water pressure and lots of hot water. Bed was pretty comfortable and we liked having the small sofa and coffee table, as well as a fridge but we could have used a small freezer in it. The young gal who checked us in was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. We will definitely be back.

Wish it had a pool. Person blowing off the parking lot made our car and all the others disgustingly filthy. We didn't even want to touch the door handle.

Excellent summer rates considering surrounding areas. Clean and comfortable room with plenty of space. Gentleman working the front desk was pleasant and humorous. Definitely will be staying over again since we visit the area quite often

Good location near center of town restaurants, park. Nice room. Very clean and spacious. Quiet. Fridge, microwave and coffee machine. No breakfast, but restaurants are next door and nearby. Couch.

We liked everything.

Jackie, the wonderful person who I dealt with my entire stay, was an absolute treasure. Very friendly and helpful. I thought at the time of meeting her that if we lived in the same state, we could easily be close friends.

I can't think of 1 thing that could have been better. Everything exceeded my expectations.
