The location was excellent, you could see the ocean. You could also hear it and the seagulls they did not have any breakfast though even though it was advertises they did.
They could have had a breakfast but other than that everything was satisfactory, the staff was very good. I was visiting from out of town and had my kids there with the grandkids as I'm sure it was loud the rooms were well insulated and were no problems. I loved it and I'll be back there again soon.

.Very easy to find, on the main highway. It served our needs. Cleaning was thorough.
Apparently, there was a miscommunication on what was meant by "ground floor" and "parking right by the door". I asked for ground floor because my husband and I have difficulty with stairs. We got a room below the parking lot level and "parking right by the door" apparently meant by the door to the stairs.

The distance to a store for sodas and snacks and next door to a Chinese restaurant with great food. The sweet and sour chicken was filling. And the heater is nice to be warm on this Christmas eve.
Water from the shower was on the floor yet waited for it to dry and I love the shower pressure.

Bed was older and mattress was broken down and extremely uncomfortable. Could use some up dating and clean ing around vending machines and ice machines.

There was a hiccup with the remote, some buttons didn't work, but that was okay I guess, not that big of a deal. My sister complained the beds were too hard, but I didn't think they were. The blankets sucked though, too thin.

I was charged 100 dollar deposit for my service dog and they refused to see her service dog card I thought it was illegal to charge a deposit for a service dog.

The view is great. The room was quiet despite it being on a main road. The bed is comfortable.
There is an ocean view that we couldn't enjoy, because the window is salt-crusted. Despite saying that we would get breakfast, there was no breakfast, not even packaged muffins or fresh coffee. Nothing.
