Temporary key I was given first day worked fine. The replacement key they issued second day wouldn’t work and it was difficult getting assistance that evening to let me in the unit. Also, they didn’t provide a replacement key. Because it was after hours I had to return key to their lockbox so I was pretty much captive by not being able to come and go and enjoy my stay. Very disappointed in the waisted time. I was checking out this property for my tour company and future tours. Probably won’t add this property to my approved file. When I mentioned this the office manager she said they’d make note for future guests. I think they might have done better by taking care of the current guest? Dale Southworth

We love this property and the location is so close to everything. Just steps off the deck to beautiful snow and trails. Beautifully remodeled. Excellent friendly customer service.

We do not care for the drop down beds or the linen. Adequate but not super warm or comfy. Really love the kitchen, but it would be nice to have a few more dishes and more silverware. Even for only 2 eating in, we washed dishes by hand several times, as we ran out, and certainly didn’t want to do such a small load in the dishwasher. Also a broiler pan would be nice.

The person who checked us in was super friendly and helpful. The unit was clean, the showers huge. Great walking paths.

We didn’t know we needed to go to the check in, would have liked that to have been made more clear somewhere evident. The air condition did not cool below 70 and it was downstairs so the upstairs was quite warm. Skylights made the entire house light, so we were all up early. I called the desk about the air con but only got an answering machine. Luckily there were fans.

We were so surprised at how incredibly nice & big this place was. BIG bathrooms. Great showers. Very roomy for the 4 of us! 2 small patios with chairs. Restaurants & coffee place close by. Highly recommend. About 15-20 min drive to Bend.

This is a minor thing but...since it was winter, & thus very cold outside, it would've been nice to have special heaters/heat lamp things in the bathrooms to keep you warm after getting out of the shower. But we would def stay here again. Oh, & a Keurig-type coffeemaker would be preferred over making a big pot for just one person.

Unit was spacious, clean, beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had every supply to cook. Shopping is nearby. Easy to drive to ski or airport. Beautiful view all around. Great restaurants walking distance

Jacuzzi and pool was not operating.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Excellent value for the money.

Parking was tight for a large full sized Ford F-250 with extended cab. Snow banks made backing up to turn around and leave a bit difficult and parking spots were a bit narrower than usual because of the snow. But it all worked out.

Our whole family was able to gather and interact together. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Having the clubhouse available for our family was awesome and my mom enjoyed her birthday party. We had a really great time.

The Murphy beds were not as comfortable as the other beds.

Location was great the staff was great and the property was great.

Clubhouse and gym closed due to Covid. Pool closed. Hot tub was by reservation only and they were hard to come by and one day it was down for repairs. Bikes were not available for us as they said it was off season but I do think they should have them out for spring break.

We had a great time at The Pines and celebrated the Christmas weekend. The hot tub was not available after 6 PM which was a bit of a letdown. Overall it was a super trip!

The small pillows in the master bedroom weren’t great but not a dealbreaker.

It was beautiful! Very easy to find, and just felt like a home away from home. It just felt like we moved to a new apartment that was already set up and decorated just for me.

I honestly couldn't not have asked for more.
