Best Western Woodburn Inn

I like the hard floors, no carpet especially for rooms reserved for folks traveling with pets. it had a great breakfast with a very attentive wait person. the dining area was spotless.

I really hate the smell of fabuloso cleaning products. the hotel lobby really smelled like it and it carried into our first floor room. the smell it puts off really irritates my sinuses. I know they are probably just trying to advertise that they have a clean hotel, but I think of 1 star hotels when I smell fabuloso. They need a more upscale cleaner. other than that nothing else to report negatively about.

I was very impressed with your staff at check-in. They were very friendly and courteous. The dining staff greeted us each morning of our stay and the selection in the breakfast meals was great! I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the hotel, from the lobby, to the dining area, and our room. We will definitely stay at this location again. Thank you!

Your staff was extremely friendly and kind. Especially the breakfast lady on our first morning and third morning. We enjoyed the pool it was clean we didn’t have any towels but found out later we could get them from the front desk. The downfall is you allow pets and a dog was in the room next to us who barked and it was difficult as we were the next room to the laundry room during the day only concerns

The property was great. The staff was friendly, for the exception of one but that person only made the rest shine that much brighter. The location was perfect, close to our family and to the outlets and other shops. Breakfast was yummy and the lady that took care of the breakfast area was so friendly and kind to us and everyone there. Best of all, my pups were allowed (with a small fee) and they loved it.

I didn’t like that I called to let the front desk know that we would be getting there around midnight. So they close their doors, understandably, but when calling to ask them to open for us to check in, no one answered. I called a few times before someone answered. She then told me “you should have called!” When I said I did she answered with, “we’ve been having trouble with the phones” 🙄 I was hearing the phones ring, I don’t appreciate the lie. Also there was a second person behind the desk that could have answered or called her but didn’t. But after that incident everything was great. Everyone was friendly.

The property was a run of the mill hotel, standard rooms with beds etc…. that being said, the staff was excellent. From the lady who does the breakfast buffet to the front desk staff to the cleaning staff, everyone was super friendly and very customer service oriented. I would stay here again just because of the staff and how professional and kind they were.

Our second time here and rooms are always clean and comfortable

The drain in the jacuzzi tub didn't work which was why I booked the more expensive room. Also one of the heaters wasn't working but after figuring out it was only ac we just used the 1 heated which was fine.

The hotel is located conveniently just off the I5 freeway. We travel with our dog and they allow pets. The staff was very cheerful and friendly.

When we walked into our room I though a window was open because I immediately noticed the highway traffic noise. The window was not open. Also, the bathtub/shower didn't look as clean as it should be.

Really good location as it’s right off the highway. We originally came to spend the day at the outlet mall but it was closed due to a terrible storm that happened so we just hung out in the room for the time being. It was very quiet and peaceful.

The front desk staff seemed a little annoyed when we were checking in/out, when I called to ask a few questions (before driving 5 hours through snow/rain to get there), and when we called down to ask about an ice machine. I also noticed they kept their AirPods in while helping other guests, maybe music wasn’t playing but at least take them out to show that you’re listening & please don’t try and rush a guest off the phone when they call to ask questions. I get it’s a front desk job but you’re the “face” of the hotel that people depend on.

Very clean! Plenty of towels and toiletries in the room. FULL amazing breakfast included with many options. Friendly helpful staff.

The only thing that would make it better is changing to an indoor pool, as the pool was closed due to wintertime.

Close to shopping at the outlet stores. Breakfast had good variety for all walks of life. I had gotten the room with 3 beds, not often you have an option like this. Staff were also very friendly and helpful
