Joe at the front desk was amazing! Excellent customer service, made sure we were comfortable and made us feel welcomed. Convenient location next to lots of restaurants and shopping.

The only thing we didn’t like was not the property itself but the housekeepers. My husband was getting coffee at the coffee bar when 2 housekeepers came over at the start of their shift and moved my husbands cup (put their actual fingers in the cup while moving it) while he was putting creamer in his coffee forcing him to move so they could make their tea and drinks……that was very off putting……

Everything was great! Clean room on the top floor & a handicap room was so easy for me! Staff was very friendly & helpful. And for a Saturday night, it was extremely quiet! Plus it was close to diners, shopping & the Woodburn Dragstrip! Will stay here again for sure.

Maybe more options for the "breakfast", as there was bananas, granola bars, orange juice & coffee. They should probably change the breakfast to breakfast snack bar. But we always prefer a nice sit down breakfast.

The facility was close to the Woodburn Outlet Mall where we intended to do some shopping on our way through town. Reception was fast and efficient as was check out. A nice place to stay.

Were it not for quick action by a staff member, breakfast was done by the time we headed down to get a bite. She found more fruit and some pastries and put them out for us. Other than that small glitch in the syste, there is not much not to like.

I liked everything I'm always satisfied with your entire team and facilities.

I wish the rooms had a conventional cook top of some sort so we could cook dinner in your rooms or at least borrow them from the front desk while you are staying there.

Good location. Staff was nice and helpful. Mostly quiet. Got a good night 's sleep. Good value for the money.

Breakfast was poor, first come first serve, if you come later, there is not much left. Room could use more maintenance, the heater was put on by plugging in, off by unplugging, lampshade held together by tape, chair stuffing sticking out.

Convenient from the interstate. There were businesses close by but not a lot of food choices near the property.

The rooms have seen a fair amount of wear and tear. The chair in the corner of my room was stained. The morning breakfast was not much. I made a banana and coffee my breakfast because there wasn’t much else to choose from. LaQuinta nearby is nicer for almost the same price. I will stay there again next time.

Location was perfect. The pool was great for getting out of the heat!!! Did not have breakfast, likely due to the COVID scamdemic. The room was comfortable, the shower was better than many others I have been in.

The usual motel building lack of insulation between rooms / floors - but this isn't usually a concern for me as I sleep like a rock most of the time. There was, however, no traffic noise at this location.

The Motel was friendly and clean. The staff person on duty upon my arrival went over and beyond to be sure our stay was welcoming. Easy access to get back on 22 and way to find. Thank you and I will stay there again.

The staff were very kind and agreeable, they actually took care of any need that came up for us. Breakfast was acceptable and coffee was hot. The room was clean and quiet.

The room’s artificial lighting was dim.

The location is extremely convenient. Staff was accommodating and quick for our request for extra towels and when I locked myself out of the room.

The breakfast offered had no options. There was fruit the first day but not the next and nothing to heat up the oatmeal in.
