It's within walking distance of the outlet mall. Therefore, there's a very safe place to walk my dog especially early morning. The microwave and mini refrigerator are nice for lunch food. There are dog bags and an area for bathroom off the parking lot too. It's easy to access.

The breakfast. I can't eat gluten or sugar; therefore, options were limited. Being charged extra for having a dog. I am traveling solo so am already paying for a room for another adult and child/children. If I'm paying extra for a dog, I should be reimbursed for not having my limit of guests.

Sink needed repair. The sink stopper didn‘t work so we couldn't collect the water. We asked the staff but still couldn't find the elevator. Room was a little bit of small Breakfast was good but it could be better if more kinds of tea bags were provided.

Location was very good close to restaurants. I was able to walk to the Woodburn Premium Outlet to do some shopping. Breakfast was included with eggs, sausages, potatoes, bagels. We stayed in a king suite with kitchen on the ground floor. Very easy to take my dog out. Parking was available right in front so it was convenient.

It can be noisy due to the location being close to the freeway but it was not too bad.

Easy access, and the staff accommodated my late arrival request. Breakfast was good and sent us travelers on the road for the day. The evening staff was friendly and helpful.

There was only only one elevator, unless I missed it. There was limited parking in front, so I had to walk around to load in the morning.

Close to my event destination. Bed was great. Room was very nice. Loved the kitchen.

Sheets were stained. Would like to have been able to get some hot tea or cocoa in the evening, but the eating area was closed. Staff was not friendly, counter service looked bored and also not friendly.

Bed comfy , room is clean . Location good .

The boiler broke on the night we stayed We found Out when i called In the morning , no HOT water , the hotel could have it fix right away that night so that clients can have a hot water the following morning , my husband got mad , he was taking a shower with cold water in the middle of winter .... the toilet exhaust Fan was loud , one switch - light and the exhaust fan , its annoying sound its loud

Wi-Fi was very restricted. I did not receive any mail or news and could not open apps unless I added my phone to their wi-fi. I have never had that restriction at any hotel previously stayed

Location was great, right next to the mall. The breakfast was really good and the staff ensured we got all the items if trays were empty.

The system went down when we wanted to extend our stay and the cost was higher than what we paid online. I would expect existing customers to extend at same cost than go to an online portal and re-book.

Don't have any real complaints.. I stay here quite often and love it. The staff is wonderful, as usual. There is a young gentleman that works at the desk periodically that thoroughly impresses me every time I see him, he is VERY professional, efficient thorough and goes out of his way to make the guests experience a great one. This is a quality that most people his age have still yet to learn, he has it mastered. Kudos to you!

A couple lamps had burnt out bulbs. The rest was great.

We were very grateful to find a motel room on short notice, as our original travel plans and lodging for that night had fallen through.

The floor hadn't been vacuumed under the hide-a-bed (sofa), so when we pulled it out for my son to sleep on, we discovered a lot of crumbs and mess. Also, one of the glasses in the cupboard was very dirty. Other than that, everything else was nice.
