SpringHill Suites Philadelphia Plymouth Meeting

The early check in was very much appreciated . We drove to town for a memorial and we were thankful to be able to get settled and freshened up before the service in a clean room.The breakfast was with good with several selections. The pool was smaller than anticipated but they have a sign up sheet and follow the safety guidelines with occupancy. The location was perfect and close to mall and local neighborhoods. The staff very accommodating to our needs.

The hall smelled of old smoke. I sprayed lysol a few times in and out of our room. We were close to the side door so it may travel in while guests are outside.

The pool was good enough to do laps in; the room was comfortable and the bed excellent. Quiet even with a hotel full of teenagers! Coffee was top drawer, although breakfast was a little limited; understandable post-COVID.

The only major complaint was that we had to pay for parking!!! Com'on, why be so cheap? How else do people arrive at a motel....by helicopter or horse-drawn carriage? We were not advised of this fee ahead of time (like where would we park?) Disappointing. Elevators were also slow and not adequate to traffic.

.Extremely friendly staff. Cleanliness of the room passable. Had a coffee machine, but no spoons to stir..left it alone. Reservation was for 4 people..4 towels, but three washcloths and 3 hand towels. Only 3 pillows on each bed. Huge draft coming from under window..definitely made our feet cold while playing cards. Might stay there again. All in all..not bad

Pool tile. Looked like a replaced area by the gym window. One of my group slipped and fell on her face. No, she didn't want to report it. Other tile was a rough texture..this area was smooth. Wet feet, smooth tile..not good.

Room service was very slow... had to request linens repeatedly.... .room lacked essentials...paper towels, furniture was of poor quality Pillows were poor standard Room service tried to enter with their key while I was in room

Room was nice, Everything worked.

Not using hotels frequently in the past couple years, we were surprised that the cleaning staff only comes around every four days instead of daily. Another 'stupid' room layout thing is to hide the outlets so you have to move furniture to access them and very few of them there are. Why does a couple need a king bed ?? It must be so that it makes it harder to navigate around the walls when getting out of bed in the night.

The room was clean it passed the test; I still wiped down and sanitize everything before getting settled. I like that they had the paper bag breakfast pick-up down stairs, coffee and breakfast sandwiches and yogurt in the fridge. Our bed was comfy ( King bed room on the 6 floor); nice size room with mini fridge and microwave. Check in and out was nice and easy; the guy at the front that check me in was pleasant and the young lady was pleasant as well. I stayed here pre-COVID for my sister's birthday and had a great experience.

Our bathroom had a hint of an old cigarette smell no matter how much Lysol and air freshener I used. Limited stations on TV; with COVID we tried to stay and relax in the room so some good shows or movies would have been great. Maybe the hotel can update to the point of being able to sign into your Netflix account and it can be cleared at the end of your stay ( it would have saved us a trip to Best Buy). Also since I did not utilize the pool, I'm not sure what precautions were taken prior to people being let in the pool area. Since we are dealing with COVID I passed on the pool; no mask no thank you. I can only pray they had tangible COVID enforced guidelines to handle that.

Accommodations was great Breakfast was not to our expectations All other aspects were perfect Staff pleasant and helpful Perfect location for city turnpike and airport I would stay again

The hotel staff were kind and always welcoming! it is very nice when any issue is resolved instantly! very clean! cleaning every day! Always fresh towels and linens! location is excellent! close to shops , beauty salons , supermarket , gym , and restaurants ! this is my favorite hotel!

Good location. Bed comfortable. Had a bathtub. Had two beds instead of one queen.

Drain in bathtub didn’t work. Coffee maker didn’t function properly. When AC running, temp was comfortable. When AC off, becomes stuffy in room.

check in was a breeze, it was relatively close to where I was going.

the hotel was very expensive but many other places were booked. At over $200 a night I think the room could have had the ceiling in the bathroom repaired...
