We had a wonderful experience here and don't understand the negative reviews - so glad we ignored them. At check in and out we were warmly greeted by everyone. There's a luggage carrier for transporting bags. Location is excellent. We were visiting friends nearby and took the train, less than 5 minute walk, to Philly. A great way to avoid driving and parking. Room is spacious, modern, very clean, full size appliances, comfortable bed and seating, good charging plugs and lights. Easy to find. Lots of place for storage. We would recommend. We didn't use gym or pool but nice to have. Public areas are very nice.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 is because the wifi was spotty; we didn't receive a strong signal and it kept dropping.

Checking in was a breeze. The woman that greeted me upon arrival was very friendly and informative. The room was exactly the way it was pictured online and had a comfortable queen mattress. The AC worked extremely well, and the room was nice and cool the entire time. My family really enjoyed the continental breakfast and were surprised by all the different food options. I’d definitely stay here again.

We didn’t get a full roll of toilet paper. There wasn’t an extra roll in any of the cabinets either.

Everything was clean, comfortable and convenient. The staff was all very friendly and the breakfast was better than many of the hotels we have stayed at recently. We needed maintenance for a lamp with a blown light bulb and it was fixed within 5 mins.

If you are a very light sleeper, the trains might bother you, but that isn't really the hotel's fault.

a guy there working as maintenance opened my room door with no warning after eyeing me a few times as I checked in and got my things to my room luckily my fiancé was the one in the room at the time but it still gave me the creeps.

The Staff believe it or not was one of the best parts. I wish I could have gotten the young lady who did overnight because she was amazing and her cheerful and friendly attitude makes me wanna come back. Secondly was the rooms!! Talking about spacious and clean, for the price paid it was worth every penny.

While walking to my room, I noticed two rooms that had some damage done to the door. One of the doors had no handles and a bed in front of it. Seems like they were doing reconstruction to the room.

The staff is awesome!! They are so friendly and accommodating! They went above and beyond to make the stay pleasant. The food was great as usual and I was happy to see the serving protocol in place for everyone's safety.

We have been staying there for the last 4 years. I know that Covid hit the hospitality industry hard but I can see the wear and tear since our first stay. Our door stuck and the hinge was broke. Several light fixtures were damaged with cracked shades.

We booked a two bedroom suite with a kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable and spacious.

We were extremely disappointed because we booked this room because we wanted to bring our granddaughters so they could swim in the pool since there is really nothing much to do during the winter this year because of this whole covid situation. They were crushed when we found out the pool was closed which surprised us because we stayed at two hotels, one in Hershey in December and one in Lancaster in October, and both pools were open. Made zero sense to us. As a result, our granddaughters did not stay with us.

The front desk staff was very friendly, kind and welcoming. The room was very nice, clean and well stocked. The bathroom was spotless. My family enjoyed the daily breakfast buffet.

There was nothing I did not like.

Booking.com reservation had not been received by the property, or perhaps processed by them. So there was no reservation waiting. Fortunately the desk staff gave me a room for the same price as on my Booking.com printout. And there was a room to be had. In fact I think they gave me a better room, it was spacious and with all appliances, desk, couch.

I really enjoyed our room! We had a spacious room and a nice size kitchen. There was an option to log in to your Netflix account on the TV so that was also a plus. There's multiple restaurants/bars in the area as well.

The room was pretty clean, but the kitchen area could had been cleaned up more. The one thing that was very frustrating was that the shower was set to a temperature already, couldn't adjust to make the shower warmer.
