Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square

We've been to other Fairfield Inns, but none have been as nice as this one! This hotel looked brand new! We were very happy with our clean room with a great view. We made our own waffles for breakfast, and the attendant JP was super helpful and cheery.

This was our 3rd visit at this hotel, and on this particular trip, there were 3 men causing a ruckus outside of our room. The staff came quickly and dispersed them. Also, there was no water after midnight, which was more than an inconvenience for us. Neither of these things was the fault of the hotel, but the manager Alvita made it right with us. We are very appreciative! I highly recommend the Fairfield Inn in Broomall, PA. They really do care about making your stay a pleasant one! Thank you!

The staff was great, very friendly and accomodating.Aaron at the front desk was great. PJ in the breakfast room was very friendly and helpful.

Maintenance was not good. We reported various problems and these were not taken care of. For example, one side of the black out curtains would not move and the rod to move it was ripped off and this was not fixed. The first room we were in had absolutely no pictures or decorations - it felt sterile. The second room we were in did have one picture.

Lovely grounds, clean easy to find .. close to shopping, restaurants etc. daily breakfast really good, refilled entrees & staff amazing.

The elevators were somewhat noisy & jerky ?. Our AC had issues on our last night (froze) & had to pack up prematurely & move to another room. Not how we hoped to spend our final evening. 🙁

Location, high ceilings were a bonus, good breakfast with hot items available, refrigerator and microwave in room, shower had really good water pressure

real cream instead of powdered creamer in the room and the only full length mirror was a small one in the closet with no adequate lightning. Typically full length mirrors are on the bathroom door or hung on the wall in the hallway.

it is always a nice hotel for the price. one slight downside is the location is a 10-15 min drive to Haverford /Ardmore . Rooms have a microwave and coffee maker. The coffee station is open to 8 or 9 pm downstairs, They have a small outside area with tables and chairs to sit at.

Very clean and modern hotel. Very well maintained and friendly staff but in reception and in breakfast dinning. Food was pleasant and room was spacious and felt new. A wonderful value and I would highly recommend!

Not much nearby in walking distance. But no problem if you have a car.

Good location - near highway, but not noisy. Room was well-designed and clean. Comfortable for a night or two. Breakfast included.

Breakfast was pedestrian and the bread selection was relatively poor. Fake bagels=yuck. Staff did their jobs, but weren't particularly welcoming or friendly. Glum.

The location was close to where I had my meetings. A bit difficult to get into until you figure it out. The room was lovely and the bed really comfortable. I liked being able to adjust the heat with the wall thermometer. The staff was careful and wearing masks and so were the people in the hotel. Everything was clean and comfortable. I got food to go at a restaurant and they didn't give me utensils so the staff found some for me. I liked the wide variety of snacks available, including wine. It was also quiet and peaceful. It is 12 minutes from Ridley Creek State Park and hiking.

Room was clean, nice towels, comfortable bed.

Breakfast was very limited: apples, juice, cereal, bagels, and sausage patties. No other fruit, yogurt, or bread choices. The scrambled egg container was empty when we arrived (20 minutes before the breakfast period ended) and was not replenished.

Great place to stay and the staff is most certainly helpful and place is very clean
