Marriott Philadelphia West

The location was close to our conference. The township over the bridge is a 5 min walk. The walking tracks along the river were scenic, safe and a great way to see Conshocken.

The prices of beverages at the bar were $$$ steep. Got around this by visiting the bar over the bridge.

Pool and lounge area was really nice. hotel was beautiful and the room was as well. also the tv has Netflix and all the other apps.

Legends which is the restaurant in the hotel. the food was horrible, we waited for fries and they came out hard and old. boneless chicken was more like popcorn chicken small bite size pieces of gross-ness.

The experience was so amazing! The lady at the front desk was great, the breakfast buffet was so good! Not to mention the staff in the restaurant was incredible! The pool was heated my granddaughters loved that and while they were playing in the pool I relaxed in the hot tub.....this is my new favorite hotel! Book now you won’t regret it

front desk staff was not great. when I checked in there were 3 people at the desk but only 1 was taking customers. i sent something to be printed and instead of printing it in advance they waited till I checked out to print it.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and inviting. The staff were all very polite and professional. The hotel itself was in a quiet area and not too far away from downtown Philadelphia. The check in and check out procedures were simple and easy. And the linens and towels were all of good quality and clean.

The pillows were pretty uncomfortable on the beds. I couldn’t get a full night’s sleep on either of the nights I stayed because of this. I also thought the room was a little too warm at times and I wasn’t able to make the temperature lower than a certain degree.

Easy checking, the pool area was completely empty so the kids got to enjoy themselves, location was close to different food spots, staff was welcoming and friendly, also very helpful when my room needed to be switch due to booking miscommunication.

The GPS in my rental car was not working well

I loved the pool and hot tub it was amazing and quiet. The restaurant inside the hotel was also great and the food was amazing. I will definitely be back.

Other than the pool, one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed in. Everything in my room looked brand new. Location is convenient to major roads. Felt pretty safe staying alone.

The pool water was pretty murky and you have to go off site to get good coffee.
