Quality Inn & Suites Harmarville

Lori was exceptional. She was wonderful from the first phone call to the property, trying to accommodate us as an early check-in. And in the morning following our stay she was more than hospitable with serving us breakfast. Her smile lit up the lobby and my daughter and our family was very appreciative. Thank you.

The breakfast was ok but wish they had some eggs. The other issue I wish they had a discount program for family’s with loved ones in nearby hospitals. This would boost sales and stays in the hotel.

There are some maintenance issues such as painting and fixtures that need updated

The bed was very soft and everything was spacious and clean, it was very quiet and the staff were helpful and courteous. Will definitely use this place in the future gas and food very close

The towels could have been cleaner but that's on me for not asking for replacement 100 percent my fault

With this Covid crap the bfast sucks! They are ALWAYS out of something! No sugar, No milk, just ridiculous. But the staff here is awesome! They truly go above and beyond! They made my stay here feel like home. Casandra, Christina, Heidie, and all the boys as well....You all are the best! ❤

i was here a month+ with my husband and I think we should have gotten a way better rate. We should not have been paying $65-$71/night. The owner/manager could and should have worked something out with us.

The girls at the front desk are AMAZING! They are so friendly and so sweet. They are always ready to help make your stay great! I stay here frequently and its always a pleasure.

The breakfast really isnt up to par. They never have anything but the same muffins, yogurt, and the fruit in the fruitcups is always hard! No cereal, or cereal no milk....pancakes no syrup...it really is less than acceptable. Oh, and the juice machine wasnt working either. The pre-packaged omelets are pretty good but thats it!

Don't always believe the reviews! We were skeptical to book a room because of them but everything else was pretty much booked,the rooms were very clean,quiet motel with no issues at all!!

Carpet frayed, marks on wall, toilet paper holder basically broken. water pressure very low for shower.

When checked in last wednesday the room looked very dirty and not cleaned my mom had bought bleach and a magic eraser and and cleaned the bathroom and it magic eraser came out black as the floors weren't swept and everything was dusty
