Hotel Indigo Pittsburgh East Liberty, an IHG Hotel

The location is an easy drive or walk to stores and restaurants. We opted to skip valet and street parking was not a problem to find during our stay. The room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and huge shower. The staff were pleasant.

The website lists a mini fridge as a room amenity but our room did not have one. We really could have used one and when inquired at the desk was told that not all rooms have one and there is no way to tell in advance but one could be requested. We then requested one and was told it wasn't possible at that time. The only other negative was that the room had a very strong odor like perfumey cleaning supplies. If I was any more scent sensitive, I wouldn't have been able to stay there.

The gentlemen checking us in was one of the rudest people I have ever met and didn’t get any better as the time went on . The facility was clean and beds was somewhat comfortable. Location was tricky , only valet partaking is available. Hotel was clean , outside hotel was alleyways with graffiti. Location was walking distance to a large selection of restaurants, but walking in the area felt only semi safe .

I love that the rooms were neat and clean. The shower is AMAZING, the bathroom design is spectacular! The beds are comfy, a bit. I love the staff, the room service is great! They always have us extra things for our children (soaps, towels, wash rags, etc). Thank you for this amazing stay!

Just the beds could be more comfy. Also the pools wasn’t open like they told us, but it was ok. Just wish they would have the pools and exercise room open more often.

Wayyyyy to pricey!!!! I paid $690 for 2 nights. The hotel price was RIDICULOUS. Let’s work on making hotels affordable. The restaurant food was HORRIBLE. They didn’t have everything on the menu. Starbucks at the hotel didn’t offer any of the delicious drinks that Starbucks have.

I liked that I was able to find free parking I liked that the room was modern with a good view the shower was huge the beds were mostly comfy but I think the pillows had a lot to do with that and the price was reasonable for the return.

I didn’t like that nobody mentioned the additional 100 dollar fee when checking in on the site it said all taxes and fees were included in the price. I didn’t like that there wasn’t a pool also the Starbucks never seemed to be open and the cleaning staff were inconvenient towards the guests with some of there behaviors. Lastly I didn’t like that we had to wait almost 10 minutes for someone to get to the counter to actually check us out of our stay.

I wish the "booking.com" website was more clear about the parking. Yes, there is parking available but it's not on the property and was an additional fee that I didn't anticipate.

Saturday morning I was awoken to the sounds of protesters outside a women's clinic on the street below my hotel room window. I know this is no fault of the hotel but it was a very emotional way to wake up.

The room was great, the beds were comfortable and the bathroom was big and clean. The common area and rugs were clean and fresh. The bar was well stocked and we had the best wings and fries.

The front desk did not explain about the parking fees when we checked in. She just told us where to park. I discovered 2 days later that there was a change and that on the weekend you had to use the valet service at $25 per night.

Thé décor was nice.

My beg was sloping... The radiator was leaking and I mentioned it to the woman when I checked out. She said she’d have someone look at it but expressed no concern when I told her I almost fell in the middle of the night as the water had polled on the floor on the far side of the bed. Also, the walk to the parking lot was unkempt and would have felt unsafe if I were alone at night or in the early morning.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Valet parking was convenient. the room was clean with a nice view out the window. Spacious room and bathroom and nice decorations

The bed is a bit too firm, and the pillows too soft. However, this is mostly personal preference, and I did sleep well

The rooms are cute, quirky, and spacious!

I don’t love the parking situation. You either have to park a block or two away from the hotel, or drive around to find street parking. I also didn’t love the fact that the last time we stayed, there was no mini fridge in the room.
