Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Drums-Hazelton, an IHG Hotel

Everything ok, room very clean and ready. Desk staff great. Was quiet, but don't know how many people were staying there.

Hallways were a bit grungy with worn carpets and door frames in need of paint. Breakfast was average, the yogurt brand needs to be upgraded. Staff great. Family member made the reservation while I was driving in the snow, and we got hosed with the price, NOT the hotel fault but the booking website who tacked on a huge "fee" that was not noticed.

Clean, friendly staff, had the breakfast and the real breakfast not the prepackaged pandemic crap (or some places I've stayed got rid of breakfast, didn't lower price and never brought it back).

I see why people in the reviews said the places is dated. Toilet seat, carpet worn. Few outlets. Could use renovation. Get rid of the "masks encouraged" sign ppl know its an option.

It was convenient n the staff was very friendly. The room was very clean.

We thought that when we booked the room, we would be getting a king size bed but ended up getting a double bed. Not a big deal but would have preferred a king size bed. We realize that it was a availability issue and not the hotels fault.

A few issues w/ exterior door to outside dining room patio (didn’t work, so couldn’t get back in, no parking for our 20 ft U-Hall truck (limited spaces—all taken, room had top shade pulled off from wall and was just laying on the window sill, no other rooms available as hotel was full). But even with that staff very helpful & friendly, and stay was very nice!!

Early check in accommodations, shower with hot water pressure was a Plus! Open, accommodating and comfortable set up for breakfast dining. Very courteous and polite check in staff.

Could feel the springs through King mattress on one side versus the other. Furniture a bit out dated, updates are being made.

Clean, comfortable, good pillows.

Lights were out on the side of the building & rear door was propped open all night causing security concerns. I think they were painting & trying to air it out but after 12:00 at least close it. The work out room needs a few weights or power rack.

Its was very clean, the front desk employees were very nice, the breakfast was awesome. The pillows and beds were comfortable and I loved that they offered dove products for showering.

The coffee maker didn’t work, the wifi was not a great connection and the room smelled musty.

The room was very clean, especially the bed and bathroom. There was plenty of surface area to put things down. The bed was comfortable and firm. The breakfast was good and had several options. Conveniently close to the highway but still quiet and peaceful.

I cannot think of any improvements!

It was clean, quiet and we got a decent night's rest. Once it is safe to plug in the automatic pancake machine, breakfast should be much better.

It is just very basic, no frills place to stay. We stayed here because no one else in the area with a pool or jacuzzi suite had any rooms available. The TV stations are confusing. There was not a channel guide. Wifi was ridiculously slow. Only coffee in the room was DECAF.

Decent breakfast. Basic, nothing fancy. Food was good but made in some factory and brought in. Room was basic but clean and comfortable.

I would prefer a fresh cooked breakfast. Room price was much higher because of the holiday weekend.
