I loved the staff, convenience and the scenery. Alexa and Katie were extraordinary, both of these young ladies went out of the way to accommodate. Great customer service. My nail tech Kendra at Thallo was great she did a wonderful job.Kendra was so friendly as was everyone in the salon. Both nail techs laughed and talked with another client and myself. I felt so comfortable and a breath of fresh air from them both. I almost never leave reviews. I had to write a review the staff deserves kudos!

I would have enjoyed my stay with no complaints if my bed was more comfortable.It was old and needed to be replaced. Also my key card kept deactivating. Over all my stay was awesome the staff made up for needed updates.

The staff was friendly and helpful, they also had all the facilities they we needed at the moment. We loved the restaurant, food was excellent, and I personally loved the view of the river. We could relax end disconnect ourselves from our stressful live. Prices from the restaurant and bar were accessible and fair, there was a really good service, even bartenders and waiters were friendly. I loved that they allowed pets and there were areas to walking around with them. The service in general was excellent.

The room was smaller than I expected, I reserved one with balcony, but instead they gave me one at the building, it wasn't bad because it was at the 8 floor, the elevator worked well. We didn't like the indoor pool because it smelled a lot of chlorine and the pool looked dirty. The outdoor pool wasn't well clean either, but we enjoyed it a lot because we could swim and dive into the pool. We really had fun.

The setting out back is beautiful against the trees and waterfall.

I had a long check in process because they had a new computer system and were really having trouble. Some people were really griping. The staff was wonderful. The gal and guy that checked me in stayed very cool and collected and tried very hard to apologize and make it right. Offered free vouchers immediately for our time. When she realized I didn’t have the right room she actually walked around to go check rooms to find one that was clean and came back with the right room. That’s service during a storm! Excellent work! Felt bad for them but did lose an hour of pool time.

The property was beautiful & well kept. The facilities were very clean. Loved that we got a complimentary breakfast-highlight of my day! Very happy with our stay for the price.

The bathroom was very small and no place to put toiletries. Our bathroom had soap but did not have shampoo. Luckily, we do carry our own. There was no luggage rack in the bedroom or closet to put your suitcase on. I requested a receipt when we were leaving. I was told it would be emailed to me. Still have not received it.

First let me start off by saying I was little bit of concern 😟 after I was reading a few reviews. Listen to me on god the pictures on website don't give the place no justice . I don't really do reviews but I had to place is beautiful I highly recommend this hotel . My husband and I are OCD and I must say the hallway right through the room so clean and smell so good. Our stay from pool food etc bed everything was amazing 👏. We even did laundry trust me it's a great stay I'm very much please and I would definitely return here . staff is amazing keep up the great work .... I'm so please no complain

Rooms are outdated but they were clean. Girl at front desk was very nice and helpful. The place was big, got lost going from the bar back to room.

It was a Saturday night went to bar for a nightcap local riff raft were trying to steal money from couple who were drinking and talking, that made a real good impression on those of us who were traveling to the area. Did not feel safe using the outside path back to our room after seeing how many security guards they had at the nightclub and witnessing local riff raft.

Location was perfect, convenient & close to main roads. Although dated, the room was well kept & had all the amenities you need. The staff was fantastic and so was the food. Breakfast included was a bonus. Ambience was great, wooded trails & scenic views were neat.

The pillows. Sounds silly but the pillows were down pillows and they were lumpy & feathers were protruding, they could use an upgrade but it wouldnt stop us from staying again & we're already talking about going back.

Loved this hotel it was very cozy and close enough to many other areas. We didn`t stay around the hotel, we were visiting different places.

The Direct TV did not work and the gentleman at the desk said he would have someone check but no one ever showed. It wasn't really a big deal though since I brought my laptop anyway. My only other issue was that when I went to check in there was no record of my booking that was booked months in advance, yet I was charged. Now I don`t know if it was an issue with Booking.com or the hotel computers but they got me in a room in no time at all so all was well. :) I should have called just to double check my confirmation, cannot always trust technology.

Room was very clean. Bed was very big & comfy. We were only there for one night but it was very comfortable. The cocktails served at the sports bar-restaurant were awesome.

We ordered a Greek salad & plate of nachos for dinner at sports bar-restaurant. The only thing Greek about the salad was the feta cheese. I suggest adding calamata olives, wrapped graped leaves, pepperoncini peppers, green peppers & Greek salad dressing. The plate of nachos was served with liquid cheese all over them. I suggest adding real cheese instead & also add some jalapeno peppers. One other note: Our room did not have any hand towels. What's up with that?

I really liked the location of the hotel in relation to the arena which is why we stayed. The room was spacious enough for two of us and was very clean! We used the restaurant and bar attached and had a wonderful experience with both! We will definitely come back for the next event at Mohegan Sun Arena.

The outside of the hotel was very grown up with bushes and trees. The stairwell also could have been a little more lit up but those are the only two complaints!
