Holiday Inn Express & Suites White Haven - Poconos, an IHG hotel

Breakfast was good - food was hot and tasty. Coffee was very hot. Kudos to the staff for keeping up with the craziness. Location was great - peaceful, easy access. Pool was a good size. Hot tub felt great!

Toilet paper holder in bathroom was starting to come off wall. We had a suite and only had 3 towels. Towels were small and thin, but that is normal for most hotels. Pool was chilly, but the kids still loved it.

The woman I interacted with at the front desk was very kind and lovely to talk to. Also she was very knowledgeable about the area right down to the mileage :-) The room gave me more space than I knew what to do with. It was much larger than I expected. The fitness center and pool was a bonus. But my favorite was the on demand pancake machine for breakfast- I've always preferred them to waffles so this was a pleasant surprise. I may stay again after a couple days of backpacking.

So minor, but I like a bar of soap. The products were all dove and smelled quite nice but no individual bar of soap. To the hotels credit I did not ask and it may have just been that simple to rectify.

The hotel was VERY clean and everything was well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and fairly spacious.

My main complaint would have to be the thin walls. Sort of expected at hotels like this, but I was woken up a handful of times by guests next door to my room. Overall not a massive issue, and turning on some white noise helped tremendously.

due to covid restrictions the room wasn,t serviced but could have been in our daily absences.

Breakfast was awesome. very close to the racetrack. Room was comfortable.

Elevator was hit or miss working or not. Room wasn’t done by housekeeping just garbage taken out bed wasn’t made and ac had been turned off that we left on when we went to the track came back and it was very hot in there

The breakfast was very good. We want to commend Lori for her outstanding service. She took care of us right away. She asked many times if everything was OK or did we need anything. She made us feel at home with her gentle personality. Please thank her for a job well done.

Breakfast was excellent! Room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were great with towels provided. Great location, close to the highway and amenities.

Pull out couch was not very comfortable. You could feel the bar in your back.

Overall, the room was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the room and the hotel was clean and the breakfast was quite robust for what I'd expected.

The body wash and conditioner were not filled in my room and the hotel staff were overwhelmed by the number of people coming for breakfast and as a result, they were out of coffee and various breakfast items at a rapid pace.

Lori, Lauren, Anthony, and Alexandra were all so kind, helpful, and welcoming, made our quick work trip that so relaxing and easy! Thanks team!

Better convince store options in their grab and go market--I needed a phone charger and there was nothing

Went for breakfast at 7:00 and there was no eggs or hash browns left, only sausages. They were making more but we waited 20 mins and had to leave before it came out. Additionally there were no pancakes or other choices and they only had wheat bread for toast. We had 2 rooms and The wifi didn't work in the room at the end if the hall. My son had to do his schoolwork in our room which was more centrally located.
