The location of the breakfast was wonderful. The portions were very small and no one ever offered more if you were very hungry. I would have liked someone to refill my coffee cup but it was self serve.

The food was very good but with small portions. I think the food was served too fast, but others might disagree. How about offering some rolls, etc. on each table to encourage lingering and conversation. Some beautiful music would help too.

We loved everything about this property. The location was wonderful if you're exploring the greater Lancaster area. Our suite was immaculate, cozy, and beautiful, with access to a deck that overlooked gardens and well-manicured farms. The staff was truly interested in making our stay comfortable. Breakfast was always delicious and plentiful. It exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to return.

I honestly can't think of anything we didn't like.

The place is beautiful. The view was amazing. William, Brenda, and Amy were extremely kind and considerate. Brenda informed us of the breakfast for our next morning, both of us were not fond of. So she offered to make something different, just perfect!! Loved our stay. Would recommend this place.

The lock on the door of the Victorian Room was a little difficult.

The breakfast was fantastic every morning was different, always began with a appetizer such as fruit cup or another unique item. main entree, was always delicious and dessert to please. Staff was very pleasant, Karen was very nice and helpful with any questions and Amy was very sociable.

We found nothing negative about this visit.

The hosts thought of every little detail. This made for a very relaxing stay. The three course breakfast was phenomenal. We ate in the dining room, which was great, but it was nice that we also have the option for it to be brought to our room. We will definitely be returning to twin Oaks Manor

There was nothing not to like. Every part of us day was fantastic.

Breakfast was amazing! they went out of their way to make something I would enjoy as I don't care for eggs or oatmeal. Each meal was like like from a high end fancy restaraunt and absolutely delicious!

I like my sleeping area cold. the air condition would only cool to 64 and shut off. I sleep in 60 degrees and ac is on constant. So I woke up frequently over heating. The only other thing I would have liked was small dresser or something with drawers. there were none in our room

Everything detail of this place is perfection. Breakfast was delivered to our room every morning and it was always different with such yummy, rich flavors. All the staff was excellent but I can not rave enough about Brenda. From her knowledge of the area, the B&B, the gardens and her awesome cooking, she is a jewel. This is an awesome place and we definitely plan to go back!

Everything was outstanding. The only slight complaint was that the shower was so slippery.

Place is beautiful inside and out. Nice touch with toiletries, waters, soda, snacks, teas, etc. Breakfast by Brenda was outstanding. Perfect location to explore Lititz. Lancaster was a bit of a disappointment. So many different common areas to choose from and still was not on top of other guests.

Pillows were either too flat or too stiff...not too comfortable. Otherwise, was a perfect stay!

The food was just amazingly good, as was the service at breakfast. The staff at Twin Pines is the best I’ve encountered in my 50 years of travels. They are so good they could be running a school on how to be great service people. The grounds of Twin Pines are as good as any St. Regis resort. Really quite a place!

Initially, we felt our suite was a bit small, but the common spaces are many and capacious.

Loved the cleanliness of the place. Everything was very accessable and open. Pretty nice view from the deck.

Really soft bed that I sunk into (but use to my tempurpedic bed) and not much water pressure out of the shower head. Thought it was more out in the country but is located off the main drag but never heard any traffic so not bad by any means
