Four Creeks Bed&Breakfast

The breakfast was amazing. A true English breakfast. Served on china. The couple who run the place are very friendly, and accommodating. When we checked in the man showed us the room, and gave a rundown of how everything worked. A super comfortable King-sized bed, with a coffee maker in the room. Plenty of hot water for a shower, and two of cutest little puppies that just want to make friends. We booked for a night on July 1st. Can't wait to go back

Leaving. I can't wait to come back and explore even more. It is only six miles from Presque Isle. I can't think of a negitive comment.

We liked having keys to private rooms that we could lock and also being able to enter the B&B without having to disturb anyone. We also liked being able to choose our breakfast time and that we were offered a choice of breakfast items. The food was cooked to order and it was delicious!! The garden out back was very peaceful and pretty, we loved the flowers, birds, fish and the little frog in the pond.

Our family gathered in the living room on the first evening to relax. We found a deck of UNO cards and played a couple of rounds, but we would have liked to have more choices of games to play.

Breakfast (English) was *awesome*, and accompanied by a delightful chat with the owner! Fabulous food on wonderful dishes and served in a lovely room! Bedroom (Bear Creek) was cozy but still had its own full private bathroom. Sadly, we arrived later than we really wanted due to traffic and couldn't see the area as we had wished, but Four Creeks is enchanting. There's fresh water in a cooler available in the hall, too. And tea and coffee available in your room! And a small fridge as well. And Shawn (bless you!) stayed up late to welcome us in when our itinerary went to hell in a handbasket. So much kindness in this B&B!

The room was a little warm for us (no big deal, we opened up a window). There really were no downsides to this visit! Hardest part was leaving; we really enjoyed spending time with Jeannie and the puppies!

This was my first B&B experience and I absolutely loved it. The room was very comfortable with very fast wifi. The host was so friendly, very accommodating and wanting to make the experience absolutely the best. The continental breakfast was absolutely delicious. I would love to return and try the full english breakfast offered.

The guide on the television was a bit difficult to use, not something that the host can control though. Unfortunately, there wasn't anyone else there at this time made it feel a little uncomfortable, but again, not under the control of the host.

We had a great experience here! We were greeted by Shawn who then carried our cases to our room, Elk Creek, and showed us all the features of the room and also how to use all the remotes. We were also given a code to come in and out of the home at our leisure. The garden area was so nice to sit and listen to the water running in the pond and maybe catch a glimpse of the humming birds. The room was spacious and CLEAN. Actually we stayed 2 days and it was cleaned and the towels were changed each day regardless of use. This doesn't happen in regular hotels now, You have to ask for clean towels and they clean after you leave. We were very comfortable in this room The breakfast was served on china and you had your choice of an English breakfast, continental breakfast, or a rotating menu item for the third choice. It was fresh, fast, and expertly made to order. The second day had great weather so we ate our breakfast outside near the pond which was such a nice way to start the day. Hotel breakfasts cannot compare to this. Our hosts were delightful and very responsive There was nothing else we could have asked for.

I had no complaints

Shawn welcomed us really warmly and showed us around. The homemade English breakfast was incredibly tasty. we really enjoyed our one night stay and when ever we would be around we would love to visit again! Our room was really clean and cozy.

Breakfast was fantastic! Loved the full English and the weekend specials. Plenty of French press coffee provided. The whole house was the cleanest pace I have been in my life.

Would have liked to have been able to get a king bed. A dresser would have been nice in addition to the provided wardrobe.

Shawn and Jeannie are fantastic hosts! They really know how to make you feel at home, they've taken care of all the details and the accomodations are excellent. I loved the breakfast Jeannie prepared and the conversation, she goes above and beyond cooking an enjoyable meal with a taste of Britain mixed in.

Breakfast was wonderful , table setting very inviting and really caught my eye! Room to move around property , very very clean, very homey

At booking asked if I had any special requests, yes, ice in room freezer please, respond, no problem, got there no ice😞I survived . Wished the grounds and out side appearance was a little more inviting

Everything was perfect. The entire place was beautiful, inside and out. Rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable bed, mini frig in room and their recommendation for dinner was greatly appreciated (Madelines). So much more relaxing and accommodating than the disappointing hotels we chose on our last trip. Breakfast was exceptional and cooked to order. Hosts were very pleasant, explained facilities and a bit of history of the house, but also gave us privacy. Very thoughtful couple. And adequate parking.
