Good location. Very clean and comfortable

The misunderstanding about the parking. The sign said $14.00 for parking which was by the covered parking lot so I didn’t park there. I parked in the open regular parking area understanding that there was no charge. But I got charged anyway. I travel a lot and never had to pay for parking unless it’s a special area in this case a covered area. I didn’t think that was right, especially with traveling/price of gas, so far to stay at your hotel. If noticed during my stay that a lot of adults just sat or stood around. Just a Suggestion would be set horse shoe areas or cornhole areas in the grass yard for activity involvement.

My room did not have a lake view, but a view to the courtyard which was ok. I got there late and left early so even with the most fantastic lakefront view I would not have enjoyed it as much as if I were traveling for leisure. The restaurants in front of the hotel increase the dining options. I loved the fact that The Oyster Bar was pretty much across the street.

Breakfast is being offered through a partnership with Starbucks and the hotel. But it was a bit slow for business travelers like me. The line was long and to fetch the meals took a while. Luckily, I had some spare time but that is not the case most of the time. Hot drinks were prepared on the spot.

We most liked the view...just superb! The room was fantastic, too...comfortable bed, just the right size, and quiet. We also liked the amenities...just wish the weather had cooperated more and we'd had more time (especially to use the infinity pool and sit by one of the fires and talk).

Minor point amongst all the positives, but the bistro was just okay. It seemed to be closed most of the time we'd pass it and the couple of times we tried it we found it just average. The staff seemed especially unsure of how to fix a macha latte and not very interested in trying to find out how to make one.

We stayed here because it was very close to a hospital we needed. The room was great; view was okay because of the location of our room, was not prepared to not have breakfast included. Discounted parking was wonderful since we were using the hospital services.

We do not like Starbucks coffee. Breakfast included would have been appreciated even though we could only eat one morning out of two. We've never stayed at a Courtyard before so we will do more homework on the facility before our next hotel stay.

The best part was seeing the water and the beautiful sunset. It’s nice they have an inside pool and outside pool but jacuzzi was a bonus!

The parking is inconvenient and far away. I wish since we were guests, it was free. I also wish there was a continental breakfast. Also, the reason we came was the infinity pool and it was not heated well whatsoever. Also, for the price you spend there, please put a microwave in the room with the fridge.

it was very clean and the staff was very nice. the location was off the bay so it was beautiful scenery.

I didn’t like that they now charge a $14 fee to park. There are no other options to park but in the garage or at the convention center parking lot next door. I received a message from the hotel once we booked our stay to reach out if we had any questions or requests. I did respond to that by asking for a possible room with a view of the bay since it we were celebrating our 38th anniversary. We didn’t get the view (that was ok) nor did anyone respond to my request.

Room was great. View was excellent but the breakfast i expected to have everything ready in the lobby like many hotels. We have to order over and it was a line. It wasn't clear what options we have with our voucher. However the quality of breakfast was great! Overall, we love it and everything else was awesome especially the front desk staff and infinity pool. I wish it was less pricy over weekend. But the front desk let us enter the room early as we arrived to the hotel a little bit early. So no waiting time. Keep doing great job!

We had adjoining rooms that were an added convenience. Our reason for being in Erie was the Tall Ship Festival. We could see the Ships from the windows in our rooms. We were swimming in the infinity pool Saturday evening. Several Tall Ships came up very close to the pool. We took some awesome pictures. On Sunday morning, we sailed on the Lettie G. Howard and actually helped to "Raise the Sails". What an experience!!! We had Sunday breakfast at The Bistro in the hotel lobby. Everything was delicious.

Staff was super friendly. Everyone from front reception, security, food service, housekeeping, were extremely warm and welcoming.

Too many young children in the swimming area. The early morning (6am to 8am) or adult swim (after 10 pm) were only times the hottub and pool were not over run with families.

I liked the view from the room, the ease of accessibility to the water and the ability to walk to some local attractions from the hotel. I also enjoyed the food - the ability to get a food voucher when we did not have our towels/sheets cleaned was a great incentive.

Breakfast included would be nice - even a simple breakfast with some coffee and bagels.
