Comfort Inn, Erie - Near Presque Isle

Location is great for us, it’s close to the bay and seems like a good neighborhood

Everything was great, has been for years, we enjoy it there and it’s very clean and comfortable sleeping! Only thing I would like to see, Is maybe have more Electic hook ups for boats for the fisherman and a few more picnic tables behind the hook ups and make other guest aware that boaters need more room or space to get in and out of the parking lot. Maybe extend the parking lot out further to the back of the property by the tree line to give you more room to pull In and pull out. Other than that, It’s perfect

I liked how friendly the lady was at the front desk was. There was a problem with our booking from booking.com so she was able to fix the problem right away. She even told us to call the hotel the next time we stay because this is a common problem with using third party booking.

The blanket on the bed had someone else's hair on it :( there were long dark hair strands and I have light blond hair. That really grossed me out. I dont really understand why most hotels don't change the top comforter after every guest's stay. I know it is a lot of laundry but this is the main reason I really do not like staying in hotels.

the breakfast was nice for a continental breakfast... one thing we noticed is that another toaster should be provided. People were waiting in line for their items to be toasted. Also, the room we stayed in didnt have any mirrors other than the bathroom mirror. It would be nice to have one outside of the bathroom so another person can use it to get ready, etc. The housekeeper was a sweetheart. The pool was nice and clean !

it was close to everything we needed and close to all the places we went!

the only thing we could complain about was that the breakfast choices were very poor and 3 of the mornings they stuff wasn’t stocked and we had to ask someone to get juice , honey and sandwiches ect.

If our last president wasn't robbed of the election you could of had a full breakfast

The hotel is only a mile from Presque Isle and close to shopping and dining. Staff was wonderful. Shower was hot with good water pressure and beds were comfortable.

The room we booked with Booking.com was supposed to have a microwave and mini fridge. The room we got did not have those. I had to call Booking.com, who then had to contact the property, to get it sorted out. We eventually got the room we requested, but it was definitely a hassle.

Location, staff, outdoor pool.

I booked through a third party, and booked a room for 5 days with no microwave or fridge, while I had children with me, not knowing only certain rooms had them and I could not be upgraded. I would not of booked a room for 5 days without those amenities. But lived out a cooler and lobby had a microwave. I was fine but I'll know better next time.

The pool was the perfect temperature. Our bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and pleasant. The only the air quality was horrible due to the wild fires in Canada. So the outdoor activities we had planned, we could not do. So we made the best of it. Maybe next year we'll get to Prequel beaches.

From the moment you walk in you can tell it is well kept and clean. Lisa at the front desk was phenomenal. She is very friendly and sweet. I was visiting Erie and she was able to tell me about many places to go to visit or go to at night. I felt very welcomed from the moment I got there to moment I left. If/When I go back to Erie I will definitely go here to stay!!!! If you are going to Erie you need to stay at this hotel.

There wasn't much I didn't like. The only thing I would say is it would be nice if the breakfast was more than a grab n go. Also it would have been nice if it lasted til 10AM. The pillows were also very uncomfortable but I get it

What I did not like. I paid for two rooms one for me and one for my niece and her husband Glenn Schmidt But after they checked out they got a bill for their room and for their son? They disputed it for days and got no where. I dont know if it has been resolved as yet but it created much anguish to be double billed.
