Hilton Garden Inn Hershey

I would suggest clarification regarding what breakfast is included in the price. This hotel offers a continental breakfast such as cereal and toast but also offers breakfast such as French toast, waffles, eggs, for an additional cost. We were a little confused at first which was included in our stay. Our experience here was overall a pleasant one. It was very convenient that the Hershey Factory so close and that there were restaurants and stores nearby.

The towels in the pool area/gym were out of stock a few times.

Sally at check in was so pleasant and helpful, Colette was our server at dinner at the on site restaurant, she was incredibly attentive and her positive vibe was so friendly and welcoming, I wish all servers were as great as she was , you could tell she truly loved her job and it showed in her service, we will definitely stay there again and enjoy the restaurant. The food was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for our great relaxing weekend.

I had to check out of another hotel because it was filthy, didn’t match any photos on the site, and it was run down and very old. We chose the Hilton and we would never stay anywhere else if we ever go back to Hershey. I loved the fact that when we checked in late after a very long and stressful day, we were greeted with the smiling and helpful Diana. Diana assured us that we would have a comfortable, clean, quiet stay and she was right! Diana and all staff we encountered were very friendly. The room was spotless and the hotel matched the pictures exactly. Breakfast was excellent and it turned our whole trip from awful to excellent.

The room and guest areas were clean. Comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Loved the fact that the pool and hot tub were open until 11 pm and opened again at 5 am. The young lady that checked me in was very nice and even told us how to get to some late night food, as we arrived after most places were closed.

Sadly the hot tub was not in working order. After a 13+ hour drive we were looking forward to it. There were no towels in the pool room. A hot shower saved us after a long drive. The bathroom tiles however were on the slick side when wet.

Much more affordable than Hershey hotels but in a great location to get to Hershey fast and large suite room available at quiet end of corridor which worked great for our family. Helpful, friendly staff and good breakfast too.

No breakfast offered on Tuesdays which was not communicated prior to arrival despite our booking saying breakfast was included. Seems that should be a discount then.

From check-in through departure, everything went exceptionally well. We were treated as appreciated guests, and the guests that we encountered were exceptionally pleasant to interact with.

We had such a pleasant visit, nothing comes to mind that would have improved our much too brief stay.

Great relaxing place to stay , the staff was super friendly and extremely nice. Loved the staff . Dinner was great and the server Colette was exceptional , the chef did a fabulous meal, loved it all

Nothing, it was great

I liked it was situated atop a little hill that was landscaped nice in a wooded setting. Easy to get to from either street. The layout of hotel was good enough to access the pool, and parking lot, and front desk from pretty much anywhere we wanted too. The front desk guy was spot on and helpful even considering he was working a lot of shifts and we seen him a lot. You know it’s a good property when you get that gut feeling that you feel comfortable and safe staying there!

Well we knew this going in, but having some sort of complimentary breakfast (pastry, bagels) would have added a nicer touch but we had a nice diner within walking distance just down the driveway.

Pool area could be more air purifier like you feel the respiration are not good enough while inside or something else need to be done...

There was a major staffing issue that was not the attendant or managers fault on New Year’s Eve and they did their very best to accommodate everyone and they also made everything right 10 fold. They couldn’t control the situation but they definitely did make it right.
