Holiday Inn Express Hershey-Harrisburg Area, an IHG Hotel

The location to Hersheypark and area stores was great. The staff was very helpful when our ac wasn't working when we first got there. Super nice! The breakfast was great too.

The price was a bit high.

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Easter Weekend to enjoy a family trip to Hersheypark. The Holiday Inn Express was only a 5 minute drive from Hershey and had many places to eat right by the hotel. The hotel was very clean and our room was spacious and comfortable. We loved the complimentary breakfast as well as the all day complimentary coffee and tea that was available in the lobby. The indoor pool was great for my 7 year old. The staff was professional and friendly! We will definitely stay there again.

We had a fantastic stay from the moment we entered the facility. The staff are polite and professional. Any time we needed anything, they were quick to deliver. The facility as a whole is very well maintained and clean. The free breakfast didn't disappoint and had various options to choose from. It's super close to Hershey Park and other attractions around the area. Very convenient and decently priced. You definitely get what you pay for.

The pool isn't toddler friendly. It's most shallow point is only 3ft. Plus the hot tub was not working, which I could have used to unwind a couple of times.

Breakfast was very good. The location was very convenient to Hersheypark for the price we paid. We didn't spend a lot of time in the room because we were at the park day, but it worked well for us. We also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast.

The carpet had some stains in the hall and it our room, so that could be replaced. Otherwise everything else was fine. As I said, we didn't spend much time at the hotel.

The location was perfect! Our room was a good size. I liked the vaulted ceilings and the beds were very comfortable.

The hotel seemed to be a bit old and some things didn't work as well as other Holiday Inns I stayed at recently. I was glad we didn't bring our kids like we planned because the pancake maker wasn't working. It took a while for the hot water to get hot too. We also had issues with the thermostat, but I think that may have been an operator error. Lastly, I was surprised that for a HIE, our room didn't have USB plugs everywhere like in the previous HIE we stayed in a few months back. There weren't any USB ports to be found.

Employees were very pleasant. My room was very accommodating and conveniently located on the first floor which was great because of my disability, and the rest room was excellent size to fit my device along with myself effortlessly.

Hopefully the Hot tub will be operational on my next visit. Was looking forward to soaking but couldn't.

Better than expected breakfast. The pancake machine made fluffy and well cooked pancakes. I do wish however there were more healthy optionns such as hard boiled eggs and berries.

The carpet outside our room had a huge stain on it.

The location was great to Hershey Park. Only about a 10 minute drive. The staff was wonderful and very helpful!

The noisy guests. And the price we paid for the hotel. Renovation are in progress but will be nice when it is done.

Location is very convenient, only a couple stop lights to the Giant Center and Hershey Park. Breakfast was well done with 1 hot egg dish and two hot meat options plus a fresh pancake making machine. They also had all day coffee and tea. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, a really nice size, and had a thermostat so you could set the temperature in the room.

This is the second year our family stayed at the Holiday Inn Express Hershey. It's conveniently located to Hershey Park (approximately a 10 minute drive), There are a number of quick service restaurants and fast food options close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and professional.
