Hampton Inn & Suites - Mansfield

Breakfast had a great variety and the eggs and meats were really good. Most important to us is our room accommodations were clean and the bedding very comfy.

The only window we had in our room has a condensation issue otherwise all was good

This hotel was very convenient for our travel. The staff was exceptional. They were short handed but the lady at the front desk was kind and willing to help us with any questions we had. Even though she was in charge of the desk and the breakfast for a booked hotel! There was also a man on staff who was very helpful with our pool needs.

The bed was not comfortable and the shower had some black around the bottom edge.

It was so quiet and we appreciated not hearing the heater running or the fridge. We also liked the space in the room.

The bathroom door made a noise every time it was opened. The view from the window was the back of something -maybe the hotel sign

Very happy with our stay. I was traveling with husband and 2 young daughters. The only disappointment was the hot tub was closed for repair. The room was great, the staff and the breakfast was very satisfying. staff was very helpful in all areas. My husband became ill and we had to check out early and the staff was great about it.

The only thing was the hot tub was closed. we were disappointed but it did not ruin our trip. The pool was open and my girls loved it.

The breakfast could provide more choices, i prefer to have different choice of hot food every day

The door key is very hard to use, always take many many tries to finally get it unlock. I saw another couple having the same issue

Easy on/off access to rt 15. Pool was bea beautifully kept and very clean. Breakfast was delicious and clean and socially distanced

The price was a little higher than i hoped. Also when i called the 800# for the reservation the gentleman was adamant that I would not find a cheaper price online and told me everything online was wrong and not properly updated. I felt a little bullied and tryed to be pushed into booking with him.

The sheets on one of the queen beds were dirty. I didn’t complain about it. I didn’t feel well that night and just went right to bed. The bedroom floor had not been vacuumed either. There was a dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower curtain in our bathroom.

This is probably the best coffee I have ever taste when staying in hotels. great atmosphere

The only complaint is pool and hot tub was closed for maintenance.

Very clean and comfy. Breakfast was decent.

Sign on front entrance made it clear that masks were required and the front desk person was wearing a mask when we checked in. But the weekend front desk person was not wearing a mask and there seemed to be little compliance from guests.

Robin always makes our stay feel special. The breakfast is a good selection.

Some of the furniture needs updating.
