The front desk staff is nothing short of exceptional. The staff in the food service areas in my opinion are nothing short of professional courteous and very well trained and customer oriented. I've been stuck here for days on end due to some other than pleasant circumstances and my experience with this hotels staff has made my stay a very wonderful experience during some other than optimum circumstances. From the front desk to food service to the sales manager I must say that I've not been treated this well possibly ever and that speaks volumes for a man that has been traveling for 40+ years. I hesitate to mention names for fear of leaving ones out but Georganna at front desk as well as Ashley and the other managers to Shane in food service and Cris the director of sales and marketing as well as all others I've had an interaction with have provided nothing short of exemplary service and should be recognized for their efforts.

I have zero complaints about any employee on any level or in any position. Again I suggest that the staff here be recognized for their abilities and the service they provide.

I really liked the front desk staff. They were very kind and welcoming when we arrived. They also looked up my membership and applied my points for this visit. That was exceptional customer service proving that going above and beyond to meet and exceed guests expectations is a normal practice and it should not go unnoticed!

Our experience in the restaurant was less than stellar. We ordered an appetizer and two meals. The appetizer came, but it took a very long time for the entrees to come. The bartender came and informed us that what we ordered was not thawed out and could not be prepared right away after we had already waited almost 45 minutes. So we changed one of the meals to the same thing to make it easier. The bartender offered to take the meal off of the tab which we appreciated. That was very nice of her. However, the lack of prompt notice of this made us late to our engagement. I’m not sure if it was miscommunication or oversight, but this is a teachable moment for all I’m sure. We’re all human so I understand ppl make mistakes.

We loved everything about our stay. We arrived and checked in. I asked about the indoor pool since we knew they had one and my nephew was excited to use it. Unfortunately it was closed due to maintenance. Then the room we were supposed to have with a tub did not have one. And the check in host let me know and she saw we were disappointed. She immediately upgraded our room. I mean like really upgraded. I've never seen such an amazing room. Our jaws literally hit the floor . The room had 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, living room, master bedroom, working area. It was stunning. All the staff we ran into and talked to were super friendly. The hotel and the restaurant were super cleaned. We really loved our stay and will probably be booking again soon. Hopefully the pool will be open. But my wife and nephew and I were very happy. The outdoor pool area was nice. Parking was ample. Our room was quiet and the beds were comfortable. It was great to have a big closet, a safe, and a refrigerator. There were a lot of elevators so we were able to avoid the lobby area. It was still a long walk to our room. Even though we arrived on a busy Friday night, there were plenty of luggage carts.

The hotel was very busy. At times this impacted the cleanliness of the common areas but the staff were trying to keep up. I received an email offer for upgrades. I requested an upgrade but never heard back. I called on the day of my arrival and left a voicemail for a manager. I never received a return call. I thought the value was lacking being that there didn't seem to be much in the area. We picked this hotel as it was a pickup spot for a concert but I wouldn't necessarily choose to stay here again. The ice machines on multiple floors didn't work. No cookies when we checked in.

The front desk person was exceptionally kind! Even when they had to answer the phone, their phone voice was pleasant and professional and it didn't pertain to me. I was gifted a cookie! I loved it :)

I really have no complaints. The rooms could be updated to have additional USB charging ports for people like myself who forget important things... But otherwise, I had a great and comfortable stay.

I liked the room. It was clean. It was comfortable.

The pool wasn't the cleanest. There was a chess tournament going on. They were constantly blocking the hallways coming in and out of the hotel was a headache. It made parking difficult too. Leaving on Sunday was a nightmare. On top of the chess tournament, there was a church service and possibly a wedding. There were cars and vans and trucks everywhere and it took forever to get through the parking lot.

Clean, well maintained especially considering we were in the older section of the property.

We mistakenly thought breakfast was included considering we paid $177+ for the night. My bad, I guess. We have become so used to breakfast as part of the stay, the $16+ tax and tip for each of us was a shocker. As I said, my bad.

The property was well maintained and clean. The staff where all so helpful and friendly. Loved the warm cookie at check in. I also loved all the little details that where done for the Taylor swift Concert.

I didn’t like the cost of the room increase for the Taylor Swift concert. It was a big jump for normal room cost.

Got early check-in as was a huge event in town. Clean and room super comfy. Staff was great! No hassles! Room as expected.

Only one issue. More of a concern. Staff checking locks due to complaints from others and was not alerted. Door opened unexpectedly and luckily was female staff, but still reacted to slamming door in her face.

The hotel needs a good cleaning and the restaurant has closed but the staff wonderful people. If you travel with your pet, it’s really nice because they have a courtyard that you can take your dog or cat out to and let them roam 

The customer service was great every employee we met or very nice
