Motel 6-Pittsburgh, PA - Crafton

Absolutely everything was perfect about our stay here. Not only was the room in perfect condition but the staff were very accommodating! If I ever needed anything such as clean towels, linens, or more toiletries, it was never a hassle for them, and they always helped with a smile. I would absolutely go here anytime you decide to visit Pittsburgh!

If I truly had to point something out that I didn't like, it would only be that there wasn't a change machine at the location for laundry services, though when I asked front desk for change they had no issue giving me quarters. Plus, the laundry machines have an app to use, so they were only needed for the detergents and softeners.

Very friendly staff; best value of places to stay for 1 week or longer in Pittsburgh; convenient short walk to convenience store; quiet non hear thru the walls rooms, pet friendly for no extra fees; laundry facilities on site; free extended late check out up til 2 hrs later if needed.

Room could have been a bit cleaner than it was but not a huge deal, they seems to get quite busy there with a fast turn over, wish there was a motel 6 closer in towards the east end of Pittsburgh but this location was also convenient too!

do you know what I liked about the property? I like the fact that when I do you have an issue while they were limiting on staff under pressure from corporate, and Barry didn’t guess reservations, they took the time out of their day to make sure that they systematically handled every last task on their to do list every single day day in and day out. and to be quite frank I’ve been here for several months, and I would say unfortunately, but I wouldn’t say unfortunately now that I’ve got to meet the staff behind this motel six. I stayed in a motel six in Virginia Norfolk, Virginia to be exact and you would think this was a Hyatt or a Marriott compare to that one I am thankful and grateful to have been able to meet such cool individuals have an uncompromised day and not have to separate from my dog most of all my favorite companion. Major shout out to all of you, Chevy, Miss Maria, Destiny, Emily, and everybody else behind the scenes.

what I didn’t like about the property. Was that I constantly try to get a maintenance job and the position was never on indeed come on guys I’m trying to get in there, but in all honesty, I have nothing bad to say any issues that I’ve ever had they fix them I mean immediately, sometimes people have to realize that being humble and grateful is a virtue in life instead of waiting for the next time to rip someone’s head off in comments and proceeding forward. There was a reason that you didn’t stay at the hilltop there was a reason you didn’t stay at the red roof. Enjoy your stay and thank you.

I really loved the staff at this location. They are so friendly, patient, and helpful. They never made me feel like a burden when I asked for extras or when I needed help adding extra days to my stay. Also, this location is relatively secluded, so I could walk my dog in grass and in peace

Some rooms definitely need to be checked over before they give you the key. If it’s messy or you’re missing something that comes with the room (towels, trash bags, etc) the staff will happily make up for it. But I guess it would be nice if the room was checked before one entered

easy to find and access, and relatively quiet. 24 hour access to ice, vending, microwave, and laundry. rooms are a decent size, and the beds are comfortable. the staff is super friendly and kind, maintenance is prompt, and any issues we’ve had have been resolved easily. would recommend a stay 👍🏻

it’s not perfect, but it’s a good value for the price, I don’t really have any complaints 👍🏻

The room was very comfy and warm. The bed was quite comfortable and clean. The shower felt great. The staff was so awesome to put out ALL stops to make an out of towner feel at home. Especially to the very sweet manager that had a day off to put in extra effort to make things work!

Their was some women outside that was very loud, BUT a gentleman from the managers office but a stop to it immediately! Other than that, no complaints.

The maibtence and housekeeper both Eric and Meredith did a great job

The pricec that we had to pay every week was a little much for four months we were there it was always $400 or more you could give people who stay there a while a break that was my only complaint

I stay at this location a few times a month. You get what you pay for but it is clean, it's cheap, and the workers are great. Well that's my opinion. I seen reviews about people saying it's bad but I've never experienced it myself. They are usually very good at accommodating you at last minute. It's usually a little crowded on weekends but given the price and location, you'll have that. My advice would be to try to book in advance for the weekend.

Sometimes the housekeepers are running behind and might have to call or go back office to get towels.

Me and my wife went there for a night without being bothered

The whole place smelled like marijuana. The office in the hallways. All smells like pot marijuana. The shower was disgusting and it wasn't cleaned, everything was moldy. There was poop in the toilet

The staff, everyone from housekeeping to management including the front office was awesome. They went the extra mile to ensure that i was comfortable and enjoyed my stay. Would highly recommend it to anyone that asks.
