The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Coffee station was empty most of the time and was cold if not empty :( Unfortunately there is no airport shuttle which makes it more diffucly to get to the location.

The staff was very nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the location was not bad. We were getting to the PPG arena so the location of the hotel to PPG was less than a $10 Uber ride there.

I did not like the parking set up and there was really no great place to unload the car. We walked from the parking ramp to the hotel with a lot of bags. We were charged $24.00 to park a half a block- to ablock away (by the time you get out of the parking ramp). So that aspect was definitely disappointing and we would consider not staying there again because of that. We aren’t to familiar with that specific area in Pittsburgh and ended up taking a wrong turn which also led for a longer lead time to get from the car to the hotel.

Clean and very comfortable. We loved the view of the river and bridges from the shared second floor balcony. The location was great to walk to some attractions. (Fort Pitt / park area), the incline and Mt.Washington. Convenient to many expressways. Price was very fair. The room isn't large but it really was the perfect size for us and had desk space and a small closet. The bathroom was nicely fitted with excellent water pressure/ temperature of shower and a good sized vanity. We liked the plant based complimentary soaps & shampoos. The television came equipped with some fun channels and is a good size. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

No ice or fountain water was available to fill our refillable bottles. (Maybe a Covid limitation, I didn't ask). Initially, I was concerned that the parking was a block and a half away and not included in the price. But, it was an easy walk and easy to get in and out of each day and was smoothly booked upon our arrival for a very reasonable rate. Also, there is a free loading area for guests immediately in front of the hotel, so we were able to just pull up and load/unload our luggage at arrival and departure. In other times, I might have been bummed that there wasn't a pool, but during the pandemic I didn't miss it at all and honestly don't know how I even feel about public pools going forward.

The property was centrally located to where we needed to be. The valet service was great and the staff.

I felt that it was extremely over priced for the cleanliness of our room and what we had in our room, the bathroom was not clean, no tissues, one roll of toilet paper, limited towels, just not what I expected for the price we had to pay.

I've Stayed here 3 times Great Location with great views. Rooms Were Clean And Quiet. free Breakfast was excellent and had a large selection of different items. Great Price for what you get and if you are a guest the hotel will store luggage before /after check out for you.

We had a room on the 5th floor with a water view and it was absolutely beautiful! We love Pittsburgh and having such a stunning view of the river and some of the bridges was incredible. The room size was ideal for two people. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom and shower were nice, and breakfast was great.

Deb provided exceptional service. She was professional and was diligent.

I was not able to park my pick up truck in the valet garage. So I had to park on off site facility 2 blocks from hotel. Also as a Bonvoy member I felt I should have been with the protected wifi service.

Rooms and facilities were great at this hotel! They have an indoor fitness center. You cannot beat the location! The staff is really courteous and helpful! Parking was an additional charge of $24 per day at a nearby parking garage.

I woke up to a few bedbug bite marks on my hand, and I’d request the property to do a sweep for bedbugs!

Great location overlooking the river. Room was clean and there was even soft music playing when we entered. Clean hallways and elevators. Reimbursement from the off-site parking structure since there isn't on-site parking.

There wasn't any breakfast, but that might have been because of COVID. Check-in took awhile, the gentleman helping us was training I think so he took a long time, but then also took a telephone call in the middle of helping us. The other woman working apologized and finished up quickly.

Breakfast was togo bag, but considering COVID precautions, adequate. Staff wore masks which is a good thing. Cleaning staff very friendly.

Parking is a block away at a city garage but more than adequate and safe. I wish I would had picked a River view room, city views face an alley with a building across.
