Hampton Inn Pittsburgh Greentree

This was a last minute booking as my original hotel I was staying in for the Pittsburgh Steelers game on 12/24 on the coldest weekend of the year heat went out and there pipes froze and didn't give me any notification until i arrived and i had to find a place to stay for the weekend and they recommended Hampton Inn down the street and it worked out well as it was super close and way cheaper than where i was originally staying and plus they offered free breakfast which was a plus. i also was sick and the lady who works on the weekends for breakfast was super sweet to me and my son. Took real good care of us with her service, even gave us cough drops and extra apple juice, I would definitely stay there again. hoping to go to another Steelers game again next season. Bed was super comfy

I really liked the ladies who checked me in, they were very pleasant and professional. They allowed me to check in a little earlier which was a total blessing. The check out was great as well, the same ladies from check in answered every question as well as handle e with great care. They were very warm in dealing with my concerns. The hot breakfast was really hot and delicious I must. I was surprised that it had many varieties to choose from. Even the juice machine was cold without ice and each taste like they were supposed to. All in all I had a great and will return there for my next trip to Pittsburgh Pennsylvania. The only thing I didn't like was the mattress was a tad to hard for my taste. I did get it adjusted for some comfort, but the room was very nice and clean. I'm thankful!

The hotel was extremely clean and the staff amazing!!! They were very attentive and helpful with whatever we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

The only negative about the stay is for some reason the tv signal kept going out in both rooms for 5-10 minutes at a time. Made it hard to watch something without it being interrupted by the signal going out.

I really loved all of the staff! When I arrived for an early checkin my room wasn’t quite ready. The lady told me of a few grocery stores around that I could go to for items while being cleaned. Anytime I needed something for my room someone was up to me within 10 minutes. Everyone was so nice and welcoming that it really felt like my home. Considering I had a 6 night stay, I really felt as ease and cared for every single day I was here.

I only wish I could’ve had a room further away from the vending machines but it was phenomenally more quiet than what I was expecting.

When we checked in, it was late at night and it was a little busy. The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and courteous, even though he was very busy tending to everyone’s needs.

The bathroom toilet kept running because the plunger thing inside didn’t seal. Not a big deal though

The staff helped me fix my dress for the Taylor Swift concert when I couldn't get it to stay up and they decorated little areas specifically so that concert attendees would have somewhere to take a picture with a backdrop. I thought it was so sweet of them.

It was dog friendly and the staff were really fantastic. I felt it was a good value and was great for a short weekend stay. A coworker and I brought our dogs for the weekend.

The location was OK and during our stay we experience a very short power outage which was inconvenient. Also our tub didn't drain so well and a fixture fell off the wall, but these were minor things in overall.

The rooms were clean. Breakfast was hot and good. Very well stocked breakfast area. Staff were friendly.

We had two hotel rooms. One didn't have shower gel. And the other didn't have hand soap. No extra toilet paper either.

The room was good.

The TV did not work. When my husband called the front desk, the lady explained how to use the remote then didn't want to listen to his reply after that telling her what the screen said. Also, they are still doing a bagged breakfast, even though everything is open and masks are not required for vaccinated people. Had a wonderful breakfast at a restaurant in a cute town near by.

I ordered food and it was left at the front desk which it should not have been. The front desk clerk never contacted me to inform me of my delivery and then was upset that I asked her why she had not contacted me. Very inconsiderate. This is unacceptable especially when I was management in the hotel industry.
