Staff, most of them. As I said, the staff, except one individual, not wort commenting on.

Curtin in the room was broken and did not close properly, the door did not close completely, so it did not lock unless you fought with it. The toilet seat needed to be reattached, the first time I sat on it I almost ended up on the floor. the faucet in the bathroom needed to be tightened, it spun. No house keeping for 4 days is too much time, trash needs to be emptied daily, it is a suite, food is supposed to be part of the room purpose. You provide a ton of towels then no one or place to properly hang them or put them after use except a pile on the floor, for 4 days. LOUSY coffee, in room and buffet

Overall the best property in the area.

Not a ding on the place, but more of a suggestion. Invest in some longer shower curtains. Not everyone will be like me and clean up the water off of the floor when it leaks out. Major priory damage could happen if left like that. As I said, just a suggestion for the overall longevity of the place. I would like to keep this property in good shape as my family and I will be there multiple times per year now and in the future.

We have stayed here several times and have always had a great stay! Everything is clean and well maintained.

The continental breakfast could've been better, but that's really the only complaint. There wasn't much fresh fruit or any protein source available.

From the moment we walked in, the lady at the front desk made us feel important. The suite was surprisingly bigger than expected and the size of the shower alone was worth the price..I will say that by the time we left, that young lady at the desk, Abigail, was like a long time friend...As we will be returning to this area soon, for a family event, Abigail alone will be the reason we stay here, and if you are not familiar with the area, there are 6-7 hotels within a half mile of here.. If corporate reads this, that young lady is an asset to your company...

It was ok, nothing special

I think the price was too high but I know it's the going rate. We reserved 2 rooms and one room was not ready at check in and we had to wait 1.5 hours for it to be ready.

Nice clean and comfortable room

We were coming into town for my sister's funeral we wanted to check in at 2pm so we could change our clothes. The young lady behind the desk said we could not check in until 3pm but could use the public bathroom near the pool. I have managed several businesses in my life and to me the customer is always right ! Most times kindness is more important than rules.

The staff is awesome!! The entire hotel is beautiful and the rooms are perfect! (Including a mini fridge, microwave, and small sink). Even the alarm clock was awesome with a built in aux cord for playing music from your phone! There's breakfast (coffee, juice, muffins, cold cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc.) served every morning from 6:30am until 9:30am (10am on Saturday & Sunday) and a small store in the lobby to buy drinks, snacks, toiletry items, Tylenol, etc., that's open 24 hrs a day. There's a Chili's across the parking lot, an Aldi's grocery store across from Chili's, a 24 hr Sheetz right across the street, a mall diagonally from the hotel and if you're into thifting, there's a Goodwill store just over a small hill behind the hotel. There's also a Wal-Mart, a bank and a few other shopping places and restaurants (Starbucks, Arby's & a few others) within a 10 minute walk.

There's no public transportation or taxi services. (Luckily, there's just about everything you need within a 10 minute walk; just remember to bring a backpack or something to carry your purchases back to the hotel!)

it was a nice hotel. we had some minor issues ( burned out bathroom bulbs) but they took care of them.

The AC seemed to be either really cold or off, which is where we left it most of the time. I understand the maintenance person had quit making it hard on the front desk staff.

The lady at the breakfast area in the morning was extremely helpful, friendly and a great asset to your staff. We were there on Thursday morning August 5. Also our room was very large and spacious.

Everything was great! However, it would have been nice if the clerk could have split our room 3 ways for the bill - there were 3 of us ladies sharing a room.

We stayed for 2 nights. First morning, omelets and sausage, awesome.

Second morning of being at hotel, the hot breakfast was sausage gravy and biscuits. That was it. No protein. Disappointing.
