Lakeview Golf Resort, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

Got an upgrade from my room to a 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo since the hotel is currently being renovated. Staff was great and willing to answer any questions at check in. I didnt interact with them after since i was in a lone condo, as opposed to the hotel. Thecondo itself was quite spacious, well equipped with full kitchen, washer and dryer, as well as a very comfortable master bed, and furniture.

The condo itself was a little rundown/dated. While still very comfortable, wallpaper was starting to peel a bit in places, and the carpet was fairly tattered in a few spots. Also, many of the vents were rather dusty, but again, this is the off-season so I'm sure that there's less staff around to deep clean/turn over rooms, so not the end of the world. Of course, these condos are pre-renovation, so it's to be expected that they'll be a bot lacking cosmetically. I have no doubt that these will be top notch once renovated! Very small gripe, but the soap/shampoo in the room were pretty poor, left my skin super dry even just washing my hands.

Staff was very friendly. Felt very safe.

You could definitely tell it was an older property that needed upgrades. The doors going into front office were broken, our room door didn't close on its own, and either water or air was trapped under the shower floor. It felt like you were standing on a bubble.

Comfortable and clean

2 flights of steps to access unit , ice covered. There was no phone number easily available within the unit to call for salt or shovel Had to look it up on line. It was taken care of timely.

The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean and pillows were comfy too!

There were a bunch of broken ice machines on every floor. we did finally find a machine that worked. And the swimming pool was drained and under repair. Also no complimentary breakfast or coffee in the lobby. Coffee in the lobby was $1.89 per cup

The rooms were clean and guest services was amazing. The pool was warm too.

No hot tub. My room was missing a trash can and the part of the coffee pot you put the coffee in to brew. Beds could be bigger. The light by the TV did not work.

Great location. Room was clean.

There wasn't anyone at the desk and I had to call. It would have been nice to know before hand that the pool wasn't open. And the site pictures are not updated.

Good price and convenient access.

Breakfast left a lot to be desired and the front doors were broke and “left open” to push back and forth instead of auto slide open?? No wi-if signal at all

Very helpful and friendly check-in staff. Very quiet and peaceful.

Not dislikes but could use more outlets in room to plug phones and tablets and things like that in. Lighting could use an update.

The beds are really comfortable, the rooms are clean and priced right

So this was our 2nd stay at this location, comma the 1st day had a very long check in process process of approximately an hour. This vis this visit their key card machine his art machine was down and we had to let somebody let us in our room each time we left.

The bed and pillows were so very comfortable as well as the temperature of the room. It was also very clean. Location is great as well as the scenery

Sink drain was stick. My husband had to take it out to drain when brushing our teeth and tub was missing the drain. Had to block the drain with wash cloths to take a hot bath
