Hilton Garden Inn Morgantown

Location!! Very close to MANY restaurants and it ended up being 3 minutes from my appointment! I had a King Deluxe with separate Whirlpool and shower. The bed was huge and comfortable but I really enjoyed soaking in the jetted tub!

The carpets on my floor were in need of replacement. While I did enjoy the jetted tub, it along with the bathroom could use a makeover as well. I think a folding bench would be a nice addition to the shower as well.

The room was Very clean. I am a rewards member went in side entrance electronic key worked well. Room was a good size and bed was comfortable.

We could hear the people in the room next door. Although we were exhausted and fell asleep quickly it was the noise from them talking or child's voice that woke us up in the morning. I don't know if it was because we were in a room with a connecting door.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. All the staff that we interacted with were extremely friendly and asked if we needed anything. The grounds and surroundings outdoors felt safe, and there wasn't a lot of noise. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep almost as soon as my head hit the pillow.

I don't have anything negative to say.

Goìod range of breakfast options. Hot food remained hot.

Sink plug defective. I reported it but it was never fixed. Also, the waitron staff should all pull their hair back for hygiene.

Great location to WVU. I loved that it was near a shopping cemet. I was able to get some food while I was there. they had it beautifully decorated for Christmas too the staff very accommodating

the bathroom wasn’t well cleaned

This is a wonderful property, next to restaurants, has a great Indoor Pool and Hot Tub, the Gym is amazing also, staff was great, and it offers a good breakfast

The shower heads could use a better cleaning, soap scum and stuff from where people adjust them and they are not cleaned

Room was roomy, bed was comfortable but the pillows were too soft, and great location for where I was going

The AC/heater did not keep the temp and the pillows were too soft The light bulb on the desk was blown.

Very impressed with the Hilton Garden Inn staff for their personal and sincere response to our previous rating. In absolutely no way were we disappointed in the clean and well laid out facility or the professional and courteous staff. The whole process of booking the room to checking out was flawless and problem free. As for the breakfast it was definitely one of the best we've experienced short of a resort stay. We even made a point to personally thank the cook! I try to keep my ratings realistic and reserved the highest level for something over the top and insanely extravagant. Aside from that, we have been very pleased and look forward to a return visit! The location was conveniently located by restaurants, shops and gas stations. We walked next door to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner, trivia and live music. we would stay here again.

Location was perfect. Very clean room and common areas.

We had to call and have breakfast taken off bill because we paid after our meal not against our room.
