The staff is incredible …… when we checked in Celine was a pleasure and continued to be so throughout our stay. I did not get everyone’s names as we were there for a wedding and multiple events to attend however each employee made us feel welcomed, heard and safe throughout our stay.
The property is undergoing a brand transition and remodel so if you want a new out of the box hotel experience you may not be happy here until they have finished the transition. If attentive, caring hospitality professionals who are truthful and friendly will make you happy this is the place for you.

Housekeeping was pleasant when I asked for extra washcloths, room was clean, pool was open, the hotel is near a row of restaurants to eat and they had free breakfast.
Once I got there I was informed there is a $200 deposit and they prefer cash. There was a slight smell to the room but it did dissipate. The elevator door didn't want to open or shut which was a little scary for someone claustrophobic.

Quaint and reasonably priced! The young girl who checked us in was very friendly and accommodating! Breakfast bar was very clean with nice choices! I felt safe staying there! Very close to many restaurants!

Office staff person was helpful above expectations. He provided us with google map and directions to our destination in Pittsburgh.
Sign on the back door to the parking lot told you to hold the door so that it wouldn't slam shut. Why not have the door adjusted to prevent it from happening?

This chain is better than Roadside Inn and Quality Suites. And cheaper. I was very impressed and will return.
