Comfort Inn & Suites

KIng size bed, plenty of towels, hair dryer, etc. Easy to book, but I would book straight through the hotel instead of a booking agency as there was a $45.00 charge for booking. Everything appeared clean.

The breakfast was awful, I couldn't eat it. I am Keto so could only eat the scrambled eggs, but they were so bad, I couldn't eat them. There was no bacon or any other protein source free of sugar. Threw breakfast away. I booked for King size beds in seperate rooms, there was no elevator to get to the 2nd floor. Nothing was said about no handicapped access to the 2nd floor until after I had registered in person. One of the people I was with had a very hard time with the stairs. It needs to be stated ahead of time if there is no handicapped access to this area.

My stay was wonderful. Restroom facilities clean and tidy, bed was comfy and smelled freshly washed. Towels were neatly stacked and clean.

The fridge in the room was making a ton of noise like it was freezing up and the fan was scraping on ice on and off all night. I would have liked to close the black out shades as the other curtain was see through. Would love to see an option to close both sets of curtains to make the room completely dark.

Stayed at this comfort inn to go to Oglebay Festival of Lights. It was about an 10 to 15 min drive because of the roads. The room was comfortable and clean. The bed and covers where comfortable and no super harsh chemical smell. Breakfast was hot and a nice selection. A protein, a starch, eggs, waffels, Danish, breads, cereal, juices and Milk. The pool def is a 10. We could have just swam the entire trip.The hot tub was hot and because its in the pool kids swam while I relaxed. I actually cannot wait to come back in the summer to swim and cookout with my kids. My favorite thing was the employees. They definitely are close knit. For it to be a major holiday they genuinely didn't mind being at work. Every single person was so friendly and warm. There are plenty of restaurants and a movie theater and stores right up the road maybe 1 to 2 miles but you will need a car. This was a very great experience and goes on my favorite hotel list.

The interior is like grandma's house vibes with the furniture and color scheme. But it appears to be new and its sparkling so maybe that was the design.

The size of the room was great! The beds were extremely comfortable. We loved having a table, chairs, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and extra room around the beds. The bathroom was a comfortable size as well. Great water pressure and hot water. Fresh toilet paper and tissues. We had plenty of towels and pillows. The room was clean and smelled clean, too. We loved that the pool was opened and breakfast was served.

There weren't any towel racks in the bathroom. There was only one double-sided hook on the back of the bathroom door. This made hanging up our swimsuits and towels to dry difficult. Once everyone was finished showering, we used the tub.

The location was fine Breakfast was good, Hotel was clean, staff was pleasant

Curtain rods to close the curtains are too well hidden. We were tired and couldn’t find them so the parking lot light shown on the bed in our faces until we found the rods upon leaving the next morning. We had a trailer so parking was a little tight. Stairs to the second floor were tiring, but not steep. So that’s ok

The pool is actually heated. The hot tub was wonderful. The pool area was clean. The rooms were clean and beds super comfy.

The outside was not as nice as the rooms, which gave a nice surprise once I saw the rooms. Had a problem with the lounge within the hotel. That's a whole different story.

Breakfast was good. Location was perfect. our relatives showed up and also rented 2 rooms

little kids were in hot tub all day Friday! i waited an hour and finally asked the mom if i could use the hot tub and she wouldn't make her kids get out. i told her i wasn't comfortable being in there with her kids because they weren't 18 . she still didn't ask them to get out. We were therefor the pool and visiting all day with Grandma and family

It was the cleanest of all the ones I stayed in this week. I had that new smell and the one I stayed in first before this one had mold in the bathroom and the fan to the bath room didn't work.

There was no hard boiled eggs and the bananas were green. The rest was good.

The staff was wonderful. Extremely thoughtful when checking in. The inside has been remodeled and you could tell they were proud of it. Happy employees make the best ones! This hotel will be an excellent stay once they finish the bar they’re remodeling. Clean, quiet, overall nice. Walmart, Target abs restaurants all 5 minutes away without the highest noise. Only 30 minutes away from The Palace of Gold, which was my destination. 👌🏻

I wanted a room with a bathtub, but the tub in my room did not hold water.

Everything was great but the parking lot was dirty someone's car had flat tires from running over something and lot of gravel and dusty and we just had car detailed for a wedding we was going to so that was disappointing.
