Best Western Westgate Inn

I like the way the management handled personal situations. I was having difficulty turning on the tv and I called down to the front desk and the receptionist heard my concern and immediately came up to my room(within 3 minutes) and helped me turn on the television. Then in the morning at breakfast he noticed me and asked is my television still working!!

The fitness room was missing a few dumbbells and the equipment was outdated, but I wasn't expecting a Planet Fitness or LA Fitness so I guess this was ok.

I read reviews and was a little nervous about my stay. But everything was great breakfast every morning and coffee and juice all day was convenient Staff was delightful rooms were clean and maintained was quiet as well Thank you and your staff for making it a delightful stay...will stay again highly recommend

Parts of the parking lot needs work when it rains pooling was a problem but not a.deal breaker

overall my stay there met my expectations the room was really clean, the staff was nice that was a plus and very helpful

the toilet in the room was hard to flush ,the entrance to the property where you enter the hotel could use some sprucing up like power washing the sidewalks cleaning the glass doors to the entrance would be nice ,there is an area across from the hotel where people congregate was not pleasant actually made me uncomfortable

Large room, comfortable beds. Convenient location close to shops and restaurants.

Hotel is under renovation, the hallways were dusty and unfinished from construction work. Bedroom looked renovated, but smelled like it was a smoking room before, only noticed the smell when you first walk into the room.

Liked the comfort and cleanliness of the room and the fact that the hotel was very close to the business we had in the area. The breakfast had many different options to choose from in which you could eat there or grab and go.

The hallways to the guest rooms and the elevator area could be spruced up some although they were very clean.

The shower pressure was amazing. Perfect temperature. Room was clean. The appliances were nice to have in the room. Not al hotels have 24/7 coffee and juice available so that was really nice that your facility offered that. The breakfast was nice and convenient. The locate was perfect. I attended my daughter’s volleyball tournament the event was only a 5 mile drive. Couldn’t have been any more pleased.

Can’t really think of anything maybe access to the gym would have been nice but pretty sure with Covid that was out of your control

Came up for a car show with trailer & they had ample parking. The room was very nice & clean. AND they serviced the room every day--wow! The counter staff was very friendly (been so long without seeing that from other places). Will remember this place.

Minor issues with the room items (soap, shampoo, & coffee cups/ that's why I bring extra). A little stale odor in the hall & room probably from the age & carpets.

The food was fine, The staff was nice and helpful.

The bed was hard. The room was more expensive than I expected.

Clean, spacious rooms. Friendly staff, good housekeeping, refreshed room every day. Great location, easy access to everything we needed to do/see.

The location was close to everything The front staff was very accommodating. We were able to check in early with no problems

The mattress was sunken in in both bed. Needed new mattress.
