The Yorktowne Hotel, Tapestry Collection by Hilton

My stay was excellent and Jessica made all the difference with her warm personality. The hotel itself was great, didn't eat there. It didn't make sense to spend nearly 200.00 and then have to pay for breakfast too. The room was beautiful and clean. The hotel itself is beautiful. However, it was Jessica who really made a difference with her customer service and patience. She was just genuine and it was obvious she loved serving her guest. Good customer service goes a long way rather in a cheap hotel of an expensive one! Shout out to Jessica she really impressed me just being her!

The confusion when it came to booking through a third party. This confused some of the staff. The manager had to step in twice.

The staff was friendly and very welcoming. The roof top bar was great and the main bartender up there (Gentleman sorry forgot his name) truly loves his job and it shows. What a great personality and great guy. Definitely a nice vibe up there and wish we were here in spring/summer to enjoy it more. Room was extremely clean and styled beautifully.

Stayed in the King Suite. Great view, room was very clean and well furnished. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, as was the room service. Parking across the street was convenient and easy. This is the best hotel in York, and would be a great hotel anywhere in the country.

The staff was amazingly friendly, knowing it was our anniversary trip, Jennifer, in the reception area, sent champagne up to our room as a gift. The hotel is beautiful beyond expectations. The location couldn’t be better.

The mattress was sunken where you lay due to wear and the pillows were not comfortable.

The hotel was beautiful! All the staff were friendly, helpful, and service oriented. Room was outstanding and immaculately clean. Food and service at the restaurant was 10/10. Everything was perfection I couldn't pick one thing that didn't wow me. Thanks so much for making it such a great experience!

Newly renovated property is a masterclass in bringing a historic building into the modern era without leaving behind its charm.

The rooftop bar does not open until 4pm, great views can be had anytime of day, and they should consider opening for breakfast.

The entire hotel was immaculate. Our room was large, well decorated, comfortable beds and beautiful bathroom. The staff was extremely friendly and made our stay so relaxing. The food was excellent.

Parking was not easy especially as it was pouring rain when we checked out.

Our room was very comfortable (bed and shower especially), though the air conditioning was a little noisy. The restaurant/bar is fabulous and very convenient. The hotel is very well located and in a beautiful building.

The architecture and furnishings are breathtaking! The food is delicious and affordable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooftop venue is simply beautiful & amazing! This hotel felt like home !!
