The staff was outstanding—so nice, accommodating and helpful with everything! Special shoutout to Pam, Nadia & Dawn. Also dining staff pleasant and helpful and maintenance on any requests immediately. Housekeeping did an excellent job. Comfortable room with extra blankets, great free breakfast, fitness room met my needs and pool was very nice. Not high end luxury but comfortable, homey, accommodating with above average staff very willing to please. Lemon water in the lobby was an appreciated extra.

Channel selection on tv too limited

The staff was nice. It was quiet, comfortable and close to many resaurants. It's tucked up on a hill, so you don't hear the noise from the highway. Breakfast selections looked great, but it was busy, so we opted to eat elsewhere. We had a large truck and thankfully there were a few parking spots large enough to accommodate us.

The breakfast was well worth the value. The waffles are always a hit with the girls. Loved the fresh water in the lobby. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. For the amount of time we stayed in our room, it was great!

The place was a little outdated, especially with the pool area. There was mold in the ceiling. The hot tub worked, and our family still had fun. Just needs to be updated and repaired.

The continental breakfast was good for families on the go. The room was clean and large. The staff was very pleasant, from the front office to the cleaning staff.

The pool and sauna were not clean. There was sand in the bottom of the sauna and stuff floating in the pool. I would not recommend the pool for those looking to relax.

Breakfast was good and staff kept it very well stocked. Front desk staff were great and went above and beyond to accommodate our families. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and bathrooms were nice. Nice pool, workout room, and business center. Hotel was close to restaurants and shopping.

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel or staff. Everything was great!

Staff was super great as always. Breaktfast is always good. Public areas clean and comfy.

The rooms have gone downhill over the years. Lights not working, toilet not shutting off. Bath tub slow draining and filing with water. Having to request room service, fresh towels and trash removal every morning is unacceptable. This is a corporate and management problem. Not a local staff problem.

Staff was super friendly, clean, decent options for breakfast and close to everything, CVS, Grocery, Alcohol, shopping and several fast food and restaurant options, to include a 24 hour diner.

The exercise room was very small and did not have enough equipment for 2 people to use the same thing.

The hotel itself was nice and clean and my room was very nice. The staff was very nice and polite. I will definitely use this hotel again in the future next time I visit.

The only thing I would add would be to add bacon to the breakfast items and some additional beverage choices.

very clean with a very friendly staff. beds are very comfortable and relaxing.

could hear a lot of road noise and noise from the room beside you. the road getting up to the hotel was closed so had to cut through other parking lots to get in and out of the hotel.

VERY difficult to get into the parking lot!!! Road was closed and no detour as to how to get into the hotel. Need to fix the situation. The noise from the room above was very distracting, especially at 2am in the morning. Could hear the people walking around, very poor sound barrier.
