Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, York, PA

The location is perfect, the staff is wonderful.

The bottom sheet was too small revealing a stained mattress. The mattress could have used a thick, comfy topper. The a/c unit could not cool the room, despite leaving the curtains closed to decrease solar heat, and the curtains were missing the sheers. The pool is being refurbished. And, the room rate changed every night. We have stayed here twice before in the same style room, and the beds were more comfortable. The inconsistencies may be due to the challenges caused by the pandemic, so we will try to stay here again since the location is very convenient

The room was clean and nice. The pool was closed for renovations. Would have been nice to use, but understandable. The breakfast was average. the best thing was the waffles. The Wi-Fi was hard to keep connected to, not great service. It was great for a weekend away to visit family.

The Wi-Fi, breakfast and pool being out was really the only things.

The breakfast was hectic. apparently there was a bus load of tourists who arrived at the opening of breakfast. they ate everything leaving the staff scrambling to replenish. They need to have a juice machine not bottles of juice. pool was closed for renovations.

Nice facility overall. Fresh rooms & linens. I needed some extra towels and they accomodated me nicely. Friendly personnel.

Of course w covid, no breakfast or pool. I know this is not important to many, but it really took away from the stay. Also did not like the smokers so close to the front breezeway. I know they need their smoke, but make an area at least away from the front walkway.

Stayed 2 nights, tuesday 7/11 was $119 booked online, 7/12 was $165, same room was in a rush so online was not quick, did not give a chance to cooperate, Never again will i use this location,

Staff was clueless

After check-in we didn't see much of the staff. However, since the elevator was broken, and my wife has difficulty negotiating stairs, we were switched from 2 queens on the 2nd floor to a king on the 1st floor. Very accommodating!

No breakfast. Very little selection in the vending machines.

Great and spacious room with a seperate bedroom, we stayed for four nights. The room was well equiped, it had everything we needed. The staff was also great and friendly.

Everything was in good working order. Speedy check in and out. Coffee was offered in the lobby to go. Easy on off the highway. There was also a restaurant across the street.

A few cosmetic things like toilet paper holders were a little unsightly but worked well. A slight musty smell in the entrance but it was also raining so it could have been due to that.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Covid precautions. Clean and sanitized. Housekeeping and staff accessing the room was at a minimum. Love the fresh hot coffee in the lobby.

I didnt like that there was No breakfast. Truly the best amenity is the hot breakfast. Very disappointed that nothing was offered. Despite this perk room rates where the same.

We were in a middle of a storm lost power and Sarah at front desk and Eric were so accommodating to my grandchildren offered up drinks and snacks and gave them their own flash lights there were so nice to us

Sad that the pool wasn't opened and no open breakfast
