Homewood Suites by Hilton York

We stayed on a one-bedroom suite for one night and really enjoyed our stay. The facility was sparkling clean, recently renovated and very welcoming, with a fitness center and a swimming pool, chocolates at reception and an excellent breakfast included in the price. The breakfast exceeded all expectations: the breakfast bar featured a choice of eggs, yummy omelets, tater tots, a variety of cereal, freshly made oatmeal, yogurt, a choice of toppings, fruit salad, plus a vase with apples, oranges and bananas, and even fresh berries. Will definitely stay there again when back in York.

Breakfast was OK, fitness center was good, areas where you could walk your dog, plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean. Kitchen had dishes and silverware, microwave, stove, and a fridge. Overall good experience.

The reception area was re-done while we were there and we had to use the side entrance. Was not a big deal to me.. Other than that can’t think of anything.

The Wed night social was great for folks traveling alone. I met some nice ladies and felt a little safer and a little more at home knowing someone else on-property.

I tried the chicken gumbo cause I'm allergic to beef (so no burgers for me). Unfortunately, the gumbo caused some issues the next day. Maybe a different chicken option? Otherwise, I really like this property and will be back soon.

Clean nice room, felt safe

The only issue was parking. I had sent a message ahead asking about parking my truck and fairly large horse trailer. I arrived late at night and the desk seemed surprised It would have been so much nicer, if it was all arranged before my arrival, as I was exhausted. I was able to find a spot to leave the rig overnight. Just a bit of stress I didn't need at the end of a long day. Thanks for listening.

The service team providing breakfast was exceptional! Much appreciated and we send our Thanks! Rooms - large, clean and bed was SO comfortable. Our Weiner dog was very happy, also! Courtyard was well set-up, comfortable and inviting. Appreciated the work-out room. All staff members exceptionally helpful and friendly. Thank you so much!

Pool could have been a little warmer.

Everything was clean. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.

The only thing as being an older adult, there could be a grab bar to help you get out of the shower besides the one on the far wall and there was no hook on the door or wall to hold towel close to the shower as you get out

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, AND as many people that were staying there, our room was QUIET. Breakfast was really good, of course waffles, but there was eggs AND meat. The coffee was soooooo good. We really loved the welcoming atmosphere.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The breakfast staff on Saturday was exceptional. They really catered to my 6 and 9 year old granddaughters.

There was a large group of rowdy teenage girls in the pool area a lot that made it difficult for the girls to swim at times but not really the hotels fault. They don't have a hot tub that we normally enjoy.

I love the Homewood Suites in York, Pa. The rooms are very nice and are always clean and the staff is always pleasant and accommodating. The manager Siama was the best and a great help to me, thank you. This is why we stay there every year.

I loved everything.

The entire vibe of the place was very relaxing and I was able to enjoy that with my SO! The beds were actually comfortable for once!!

The only thing that I can complain about is the pillows they kinda just sunk down! At the very least there could be a premium pillow option available for purchase!
