Clarion Inn & Suites Aiken

The staff was amazing.. I don't want to miss spell the lady at checkin time was 11 pm.. she is from New york.. she recommended vampire penguin which was awesome!!!!!! Wished I could have left her note to say thank you. We never stayed in Aiken before, and it was so peaceful at this little spot... thanks again front desk clerk hands down a big assets to your company.

The hard little couch pillows (extra bed pillows) .. and really small bathroom

Loved the jetted tub and the beds were comfortable.

Cleaning service Never came the entire 3 days we were there. the water pressure was good but the temperature was finicky in the shower and tub area but it was great in the jetted tub. I had to get a couple of extra pillas from the front office which they were very accommodating. overall I was very happy with this hotel, with the exception of the cleaning service. Even with covid when u stay 3 nights the cleaning should be done at least once.

The first room we were assigned had a strong smell, and allergies were an issue...Probably pets. The desk manager, Jennifer was extremely understanding and moved us to another room, which turned out great! Jennifer was terrific, and saved the stay for us! We wanted to let her know we really appreciated her!

We love this hotel, the location, the staff are just amazing. This was our second time staying here in last month and it's like our home away from home, while we are looking for a house to buy.

Worked for our needs. Rooms could use a little renovation, but completely met our expectations. We would stay again.

I would have liked enough towels for 4, although we didn’t ask. We got there too late and I forgot. I would also like a comforter.

I had to leave one hotel because of the worst experience ever and find something else at 10:30 pm and the woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She was calm, gentle, and got me and my daughter put up so we could actually enjoy a good nights sleep.

The breakfast ran out very fast but its probably because it was delicious.

The breakfast was wonderful. The room was clean and the pool was nice. The covers are thin though but that was the only bad part

My room was supposed to have been no smoking. It smelled like smoke. The room numbers were off and confusing at first once you got into the area

I was initially given a room with pet dander all over the floor and the bed. The front desk was quick to assign me another room. Very courteous and very professional service.

I love how inviting the front desk team were when I arrived. I was running late and they confirmed that I was fine and see me when I arrive. Loved it.

I had no compliant with this location and I had no issues with my room. No issues with parking or room service. The location of the room was great.
