Great location with plenty of restaurants and shopping near by, room was good size with comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Loved the full size refrigerator in room.

They only provided room service after 4 nights which was ridiculous. We had to go to the front desk several times to ask for towels and toilet paper. (Making bad matters worse, only giving me one roll of toilet paper). We also had to put our trash bags in hall to be collected. My last complaint would be the laundry. Two out of the three washers were broke and only one dryer. We were there for baseball tournament with plenty of dirty uniforms to be wash so this was a major inconvenience as well.

My husband and I stayed in a king sized suite. It was so clean and had basically everything you needed. A full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, cookware, and even a dishwasher and stovetop! It was more than what we expected. The suite was very spacious for a couple and the bed was so comfortable! This is the first time I left a hotel missing the bed lol. The hotel was also nearby shopping centers and restaurants and a quick 10-15 minutes from the downtown area.

When we booked the hotel it was through a third party site that was supposed to include the hotel fees and taxes. When we went to check in there was an extra $100 security fee that was added so be prepared. It does get returned when you check out though.

Breakfast was good for what was offered. More options would've been nice but, it definitely hit the spot. Location was perfect for us! LOVE the area! We were close to the beach and everywhere we looked it was beautiful! Great outdoor space if traveling with a dog. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Can't wait for our return which I booked 15 minutes after leaving!

The only think I didn't like was that I had to leave! Lol We have booked our return visit to Charleston and loved the hotel and location so much, we booked the same! Breakfast could use some additional options but, otherwise everything was superb!

we liked the breakfast being included in the pricing, this was a bonus and very helpful for me because I was traveling with my husband that has a Traumatic Brain Injury from the military, which saved us from having to leave to find breakfast.

By the time we got to breakfast, most items were depleted that we otherwise would have wanted to eat. I would have preferred a first-floor room, or a room closer to the doors, as it is very difficult to get my husband and his service dog in/out, he can not go up/down stairs, and we were placed very far from elevators.

The only thing disappointing was the stove did not work in the kitchen. The microwave was perfect and the room itself was magnificent. The bed was amazing and the refrigerator was spacious. We could not find available restaurants without 1.5 hour wait to be seated or take out so the kitchen was perfect. We ordered Door Dash and it was delivered to our door. We went to Harris Teeter within a mile away and every convenience was accessible. This will be our next stay in isle of palms! Shem Creek food is amazing, access to the beach within 4 miles and 24/7 coffee. The staff provided extra pillows and blankets. Overall it was a wonderful hotel experience!

Room 213, the two stove burners do not work.

good location. we liked the fact it was dog friendly. that is why we stayed there. breakfast was good . room clean and comfortable.

our only dislike is we were charged for our 2 mini aussies. if it is a dog friendly facility then we shouldn’t be charged . our dogs were always crated at night and when we left the room . hotels that say children welcome don’t charge extra for children once you get there. they were always out of the poop bags in the dog designated walking area .

Of course the location was nice, which is one of the reasons I picked this place. Close enough to the beach, without being in a crowded area. The breakfast selection was more than I expected. Had the option to make fresh waffles and the pre-made breakfast sandwiches were better than the normal options at other hotels. Along with cereal, bagels, toast, oatmeal, yogurt, etc. However the real reason I was happy to be here started as soon as we walked in. The front desk clerk (I am sorry I did not get her name) was the kindest woman. I automatically felt good about my hotel choice. She was kind to me and friendly to my daughters. Then when we met the breakfast attendant the next morning, she was equally as kind. They both had the kindest attitudes and warmest smiles. We felt warm and welcome downstairs, which is not a place we normally want to be when we stay at hotels. We will definitely be staying here again when we visit the area.

I honestly don't have any complaints about the hotel . We very much enjoyed our stay.

The room was huge with lots of built-ins and plenty of space for a family of three. The kitchenette was perfect for cooking quick family meals, especially for a picky 8-year-old (doesn't everyone want grilled ham and cheese at 9:30pm?) The living room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The room far exceeded my expectations. I'd definitely return.

Too bad there wasn't a jacuzzi. A few more chairs would have been nice to make for easier in-room dining, but considering how happy my family and I were with the room size, the lack of dining space was hardly a complaint.

We really liked the room. It was very comfortable, with a large refrigerator, stove, dishes. A comfortable curtain between the bed and the sofa. I really liked the many shelves and drawers, it was very convenient. The mattress on the bed was big and comfortable, and the pillows. Perfect for sleeping. And we absolutely did not hear the neighbors. We would love to stop there again !!!

The stove made a little noise, but it wasn't much.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Great linens. Great pillows. Nice staff. Very quiet, spacious room. Clean. Convenient kitchenette. Ample storage. Ample parking. Next to Starbucks.

24/7 front desk but confusing 11pm check-in policy. The pool is actually tiny. Breakfast is meh, closes too early during week (9am). Specific to our room: Aging TV (too dark) cannot adjust with in-room remote. Sleeper sofa uncomfortable to sit on. The biggest issue: One of the worst hotel showers experienced in years. Low water pressure and a shower-head unsuitable for the shower stall. It could not be adjusted properly, would spray water on the far wall instead of your body. You can get your head wet but not your behind. If this shower setup is normal for all rooms, which I doubt, I would stay elsewhere in the future, despite all the positives.
