Best Western Carowinds

Location is fantastic! My spouse and I came in to the area to go to Carowinds. We could even see the park from just outside of the parking lot! The only negative is that the hotel is hard to see from the main road, and my GPS got a little confused. The lobby, hallways, and room were remarkably clean! I never ask for spotless, but it absolutely was! Everything over, behind, and under. Even behind the microwave was clean and dust free!

We did ask for an extra pillow and blanket in the middle of the night on our first night, but the linen closet was locked and no one had access to it. We then asked the front desk the next morning to have those items brought to our room that day, which we didn't end up getting. The bed was also a little firm for our liking, and my spouse couldn't really get comfortable for 2 nights of our 3 night stay.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. I enjoyed the breakfast and the shower. Great water pressure. Showers we're amazing. I actually liked that it wasn't packed. Breakfast was easy to get also. The covers were great. I loved how they used sheets that actually felt clean.

My body kinda hurt when I got up in the mornings. The bed wasn't the best but wasn't the worst either. Then someone was smoking weed in the hotel. Luckily it didn't come into our room but was noticable everywhere else.

Location was great with a Mexican restaurant, Jimmy John's, Starbucks, Culver's and gas station right next door. Perfect for a quick travel and really on 15-20 minutes away from Charlotte. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and comfy. The included breakfast was a nice benefit!

There wasn’t anything we didnt like they didn’t have eggs or yogurt at breakfast but we didnt eat there anyway we had a really nice stay There was people partying-loud music and yelling next door at motel 6 in the parking lot

It was a very nice room, very clean. This is our 3rd visit to this motel. We continue to choose it not because of price, because it’s a little high, but due to the cleanliness.

The staff at the front desk needs to be informed that service dogs are not pets and have rights that a pet does not have. While the property is super nice and very clean, I think the price is very high for those of us traveling on budgets for a vacation.

everything was great I definitely will book here again..the shower was spot on amazing and the spa bath lord that spa bath was magnificent! so relaxing and therapeutic

only thing I didn’t like was that the walls are really thin..you hear everything and the toilet seat was a little to hard for my liking and the vent in the bathroom was loud

Clean room and hot bath in a clean tub after a long day. The bed was so comfortable I fell right to sleep. Thank you! 😊

The only vending and ice was on the main floor. We had been on the road and then airports for days. We had an overnight layover and didn't have our toiletries. It would have been nice to have a few toiletries for sale.

Nice friendly staff, asked how drive from Canada was. Continental Breakfast simple but quick and easy, saved us from having to pay$20 at McDonald's.

Bed was a little hard and pillows were square and small.

I liked the location of the hotel because it was conveniently located one exit from my place of employment. Breakfast options were great! There were no creepy crawlers at his location. The linens were exceptionally nice and white.

Staff was friendly and helpful, Pool was open, beds and pillows were comfortable, the room was clean and had enough towels. Housekeeping came by everyday. The location was great, it was close to a Mexican restaurant, Starbucks, jimmy johns, culver and Cracker Barrel, 3 gas stations near by and you could see the amusement park.
