The location was excellent it was close to everything👍🏽

When I booked the room I booked a balcony but when we I arrived to the room I was very disappointed the balcony was barely a balcony I didn’t have very much room to go on the balcony or to move around and the balcony door wouldn’t open so maintenance was sent up to our room to fix it,it was not what I was expecting being that it was our anniversary it messed up plans that I had There was also black mold in the shower on the ceiling I couldn’t believe it however all these complaints were made known to the front desk they apologized and accommodated us !!!!

The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful and the property was neat and clean. The place also smells phenomenal!

Fold out bed was not 100 percent clean and we reserved this room with the fold-out, specifically for our 10-year-old, so that was a little disappointing. This was the only part of the entire place that seemed less than sparkling, so we made do. Also, the parking in the evening was less than desirable. I'm not sure if the restaurant nearby had folks using the hotel parking, but there was almost no parking after 8 pm.

The staff was amazing........very friendly, especially front desk.

We didnt have a coffee pot in our room, asked for one but never provided one. Someone kept smoking in the room on the 4th floor close to the elevator and I am HIGHLY allergic to cigarette smoke......It made me very ill to smell and I had to stay away most of the time. I believe it was addressed by staff but then the guest continued to smoke. The hot tub was never available. At one time there were 11 children...7 of them under the age of 7 wearing underwear and some in diapers...parents not supervising and they were literally diving in head first to the hot tub. I was so excited because my pet was allowed to stay but I wasn't able to enjoy the amenities or my room due to the smoking. Would I visit again? With a discount yes, otherwise, No.

The beds were super comfortable and the staff was fabulous. The food was also good and we enjoyed the complementary water

There was mold on the ceiling and the bottom floor had a mildew smell. You could also see the wallpaper peeling. The elevator was also broken one day it was fixed quickly. The pool and deck area were also not that exciting. The property really needs to be updated with some maintenance

It was close to many things. It was quiet and comfortable.

I felt that the restaurant was a bit pricey. The two of us had breakfast and it cost $36. I thought that was a bit expensive.

Spacious room

Basic amenities in the shower and bathroom No comp water bottles Check-in was supposed to be at 15:00, but upon our arrival we were told the room was not yet ready and we would have to wait another 5 mins. Those 5 mins turned into 75 mins! The staff did not update us: I had to go back to the front desk several times to ask when we would be able to access our room.

I liked that house keeping only came when requested since I had a pet with me. The room was very nice and had a lot of space for my pet to play and move around. I loved that I could use Netflix and YouTube on the TV as well, it was a great touch!

I didn't love that the windows were able to be opened and I was a nervous that it might somehow come unlatched since I was on the 5th floor with my curious cat. The vent in the bathroom was very loud and made a rattling sound and the shower door squeaked like crazy when I was closing it.

Clean, spacious room, comfortable bed. Adequate dining area, ample parking. Attractive pool area.

Was surprised that there was not a plastic laundry bag in the closet. Also surprised that we ordered our food from a menu on the wall. I guess we could live with that. Speaking of menu, the selection on the dinner menu was very limited. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the fruit cup that came with it was a surprise!

The room was nice and cozy! The shower had nice water pressure. The facility was clean and smelled lovely. I enjoyed the option of the Bistro in lobby for meals. The gym was nice and a good pool area. The employees were respectful and always helpful.

The remote control did not work properly, maybe needed a new battery.

I liked almost everything

Only 1 towel, had to call for more. Had to call for sheets and blanket for pull out couch.. they brought sheets, no blanket. Had to call for more toilet paper, had to call for more trash can liners. Pool door was not working, elevator got stuck while in it.
