Shipwatch Pointe I - F3160

It was close to the beach. It was fairly clean. Beds were comfortable.

The bathtubs we're weird. They were reflective of a beach theme, which is fine, but they were difficult to stand in for a shower or sit in comfortably. The dryer was not operating & a sign indicated that it would be repaired on our 2nd day there, but it wasn't repaired. We had to lift the door of the front loading washing machine to get it in the correct position to latch so we could wash clothes. And, as I was cleaning up the last day, I saw a roach on the dining table, which was off-putting.

it was nice that the apartment was as if you were home. I mean had seasoning, extra blankets, beach stuff and more. Definitely felt like you were home.

The locals were not friendly. I mean as soon as we pulled up a lady was telling us we’re to park, so don’t do that, throw the trash in the other trash can because I live here and I know. As a black woman with my black babies I was constantly reminding my family we were on vacation so just ignore how insulting the lady and others were to me and my family.

The location was great. Not too far from downtown but far enough that it was quiet. Property was easy to find, close to public beach access. Everyone was friendly. Vacation property was immaculate. Home away from home.

Property was located on 3rd floor of walk up. Difficult with a young child with a physical disability. I have no other issues with this vacation property.

It was our first time booking with them the place was clean well stocked and location was nice.

When we first got there the fire alarm went off and we couldn't get it to shut off. So we called someone and we kept messing with it and it went off.

I really enjoyed the check in process. We didn’t have to get key cards. We had all access to our condo and pool area by a touch of our phone.

The shower head. And the pressure of the shower water.

We loved everything about it! We're definitely going to book again!

We liked everything. The door lock buttons were sticking a little. The outside chair seat was ripped could use some new outside furniture.

i didnt like the how soft the mattress or the couch was but everyone else did. I prefer firm beds and couches and the deck could have been more well but together looked a little old

The place was beautiful and the location was amazing everything we needed was in waking distance. It also was a phenomenal experience to live like a local.

It was exactly as described. Cozy, comfy, and convenient to many many venues.

I didn't find anything I didn't like. Everything was above my expectations!
