Location

Water was difficult to control to either hot to or cold to hot. No bath soap in room. Not enough towels.

Lisa from Jamaica was excellent. Very friendly and always asked us if we needed anything, I really liked how it smelled when you entered the lobby. I enjoyed the look of the lobby. It was very clean and almost all the staff was super friendly. I went to the bar and Shannon was absolutely the best bartender I ever had a hotel, she was so friendly and entertaining. Missy Goodman was also very nice.

Reservations lady from the Bronx (didnt catch her name) refused to walk me upstairs so that I can get my ID from the room. I had left my ID and my hotel and got locked out. I went to the front and she used profanity and refused to walk me ustiars to prove who I am. Perhaps a better protocal when occasions like that happen. What is proper protocal when hotel guets lock themselves out and their wallet.

The rooms are a bit out dated. I thought since the nightly rate was $695 a night per room the least thing they could do is have better bedding, pillows and appliances.

The location was right on the beach w easy access. The pools were great music a little to loud for me and that’s just me rest of family was happy w it. The rooms were spacious w great views of the ocean. Everything was nice and clean and comfortable.

There were no door seals on either rooms doors so everything in the hallways was very loud. I got stuck in the elevator in the garage on the 5th floor and the doors wouldn’t open, none of the buttons worked and my phone was in my room. Finally 20 minutes later I forced the door open and was almost smashed by it it was forcefully closing on me. I notified the front desk. Scariest 20 minutes ever!

it was very close to town and many stores for shopping and dining.

our check in was at 4pm. we got there at 3 and they went ahead and let us check in, the room wasn’t ready, but we had a few errands to run. at 4 we still hadn’t heard anything about our room being ready, it was 4:45 when they finally text me and we get up to the room and it was still dirty. the shower was dirty, there was hair all on the bathroom floor, the pillow cases were dirty etc.

The maintenance of the hotel didn’t seem up to par with what we thought was Hilton quality

Loved the view and amenities. The beach is amazing and the hotel was very clean. It was our wedding night, and our Maid of Honor arranged for rose petals, Champaigne, and chocolate covered strawberries to be in the room. The bed was very comfortable and it was very clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

I was a little surprised that for such a classy resort the towel holders, etc were pressed into the wall (damaged), etc. It sort of detracted from the luxurious feel but not something that would cause us not to stay again.

the room was very clean and comfortable for two people. If more people were with us though it would be crowded. not much space to move around the room. The view wasnt directly facing the ocean as stated in the booking.com add however it still was a good view. We were in room 715.

the bathroom was very small but functional. The only other thing that i could say needs improvement would be the entertainment. The DJ was very repetitive and just wasnt very good in my opinion. each day he played he literally would say the same thing over and over, so if you are there for several days its like hearing a broken record. The singer on Friday evening wasnt good at all. Def would be a better outdoor environment with better performers.

The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is so convenient, because breakfast is included, and the restaurant is outstanding. The location is perfect, and they offer shuttle service to restaurants and attractions.

our room had the air conditioning unit right in front of the balcony, and that was loud and we could not enjoy the sound of the ocean and the waves from the balcony. It was a minor nuisance, and did not take away from our nice and comfortable stay too much

The location was great. Very peaceful and great for families. Pools were clean. Food was very good too. The kids really enjoyed it and that is what matters to us so if the kids had fun we had fun. I would book again. Beds were comfortable.

I'm not sure if it is all rooms or just ours that didn't have a microwave however we booked last minute so it was all they had available, but I didn't like the fact that the microwaves were only located on the even floors (ex. floors 6, 8, 10 etc..)I just wish they had microwaves inside the rooms. I had a baby girl who likes her milk warm and wakes up in the middle of the night asking for a bottle so I had to walk to the 12th floor to warm up her bottle and come back down to where we stayed which was on the 11th floor; The room seemed a little small for the price but we only stayed one night so it was no big deal. Our room was also hot throughout the night, I didn't mind but I know my father did.
