We first where in South Hampton didn’t like it so much was very out dated and broken locks on the door which caused me to bring it to the attention of the front desk we where accommodate and moved to Brighten which was well worth it and also given two day passes to breakfast for our troubles of having to relocate at 1am in the morning. Brighten was very clean and up to date and spacious it changed my mind on staying with them again and if I stay I will be requesting to stay in Brighten tower everything there felt safe and updated and clean unlike South Hampton.
The breakfast and the guess services was very helpful and good.

The condo was very spacious. The king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was updated and had everything we needed. The ocean views was nice. The livingroom and both bedrooms had balconys. Everything was six minutes away, didn't have to drive far at all. The beach was very relaxing and quiet, wasn't packed at all.
The bathroom in the master room could've been nicer. There was hair in the bathroom and the tub looked dirty and old. Never could find the inside pool. I feel like we got one of the old outdated buildings. They did have spas but it was very over priced. I booked on the booking.com website, they gave me one price but was charged much more once we got there. Come to find out they charge you for parking each day, breakfast, and more. I probably wouldn't book here anymore.

I had to pay 619 bucks when I received a email that my villa was paid for with the credit card I booked it with which also was supposed to be 549.42 for a 3 bed room villa but when I got to the property I had to pay extra fees that I definitely was not aware of which totaled out to be 619.00 they didn’t want to give me my free breakfast passes that was included in booking i literally I to argue and go back to my emails to pull it up I also received a email saying I was eligible for a 4 bed room upgrade for 52 bucks per night I didn’t get that my kids and I drove separately from my husband so the entire 600 bucks cash I had to hold us off including a extra 150 because I didn’t mention I had 2 villas so I got hit with extra fees on both villas I had no clue about it was very frustrating and embarrassing because I had to wait til I got another 50 bucks to put towards the other villa parking fees per day n resort that’s not fare at all so talking about the villa we killed several roaches we stayed 3 nights but they was extremely rude with giving us extra towels and wash clothes during booking I felt like I was getting a great deal when it turned out to be false advertising on the prices I regret booking here this is like the 3 rd time we’ve had problems with Kingston’s plantation I always say I’m done but ended up coming back feeling dumb again and yal favorite line is the property is this way because it’s privately owned but yal advertising and serving the room keys so I say it’s the private owners and yal

Condo was dusty. Bathroom was not clean. Garbage disposal had an odor. Found a list stating that we had to pretty much clean the condo before we left, but it didn't matter because we had to clean it before we got started. Was charged for facility services that we did not use. Had to park the too far away. The list actually goes on. The staff was very nice and helpful while checking in.

The community is great, and the pool that we went to was great. The hotel staff attended to the needs that we had. Everyone was very courteous. It's close to Barefoot Landing, which is where my family enjoys going.
The main pool and waterpark were under construction. This wouldn't have been a problem if we had booked our trip after the construction started. However, we had booked our trip well in advance of the construction. Our kids were very disappointed. But, the staff was very friendly and the situation was rectified to my family's liking. I would say they did everything right in handling a miscommunication.

My family and I were really pleased with our stay in Richmond Park! The staff was friendly and prompt. Our comforter had a stain on it and I called the front desk and housekeeping brought a new one to our units in under 15 minutes! There were minor things with the cleaning of the room but I would definately visit again.
Housekeeping. Items were left in the medicine caabinet and the kitchen cabinet. The comforter had a nasty noticable stain on it in the masterbedroom.

The fact that there was no maid service available. We did not have enough towels or blankets and after calling front desk they arrived 4 days later. When clearly there were employees servicing rooms every day. I would def rent a golf cart to get around property its bigger than expected and the walk to main stores is not feeseable by foot. Few more restaurant choices would be a plus since there were alot closed on our visit.

The location was convenient to all the locations of the places I want to go. Also enjoyed the condos they were very nice.
The hour long wait in line just to check in. They originally had four people checking in guest, then one by one they left and then only two people were up front to check everyone in. The line was from the lobby all the way down the hall. When I got there there were 20 people ahead of me and by the time I got to the front of the line they were at least 50 behind me. I have never seen anything like that ever in all the times in different hotels that I have stayed in.
