Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Memphis Arlington

I wish I'd gotten the names of the two employees who were at the front desk when we checked in. I know that one of them was Cameron, but I didn't get the other's name. They were fantastic! Smiling, conversational, friendly. Above and beyond. The beds in the room were ridiculously comfortable and the bathroom was huge. Hotel was quiet even though it seemed to be fairly full. Location was excellent. Will definitely stay here again!

It isn't really something I didn't like, but there could be a little extra lighting in the room.

The staff was very friendly but the front desk staff was amazing, they really went above and beyond making sure we had a very pleasant stay.

Breakfast was not set up well and the waffle station would clog right where the staff was going in and out so it made it difficult to form a line. The instructions weren't very clear so people were making an absolute mess of it , and the room was so cold that it made the food get cold very fast

Reserved 2 king rooms at least 2 weeks in advance and they sent e-mail the day of arrival saying they only had 1 room with 2 queen beds. Then sent another saying they had it figured out but only got 1 king and 1 with 2 queens that were only about a foot off the floor. Wasn’t real happy.

Excellent breakfast. Very clean room. Easy on/off from the interstate. Chose this hotel specifically for its location where I-40 and I-269 intersect, and driving distance from my starting location.

No in-room microwave. Bit more pricey than I prefer. I never get the chance to use the 'facilities', so hate paying for a room as if I did.

it being new it was more modern and very clean staff was very friendly

minor issue but I believe the design of the shower had flaws because it would not drain properly and would fill up quickly. it being a sloped design that led to a flat metal drain I think it caused issue with drainage.

the location was great. the lady that works in the kitchen at the morning which I don’t remember her name, she was great lady, she brought me coffee when she saw me in my way out early morning, thank for her ! she is an angel

the fact that I find hair in the shower room and not in one spot !

clean & modern. excellent shower, comfortable beds, fabulous breakfast offerings (much better than other Fairfield Inn’s. We would stay in more of this chain if others locations would offer breakfast up to the standard of this location)and really nice breakfast eating area.

Every person I encountered at the motel was very friendly, professional and eager to help. My room was clean and attractively decorated. When I needed anything, staff was eager to help. I can't say enough good things about this motel. I plan to stay there anytime I'm in the Memphis area.

Beautiful property! Beach access was an easy walk. Pool was clean. Pool side restaurant was a nice touch.

It got pretty humid in the room. Also, the fitted sheet was way too small for the king size bed.

very nice, though the view from our second floor window was obscured by the canopy of the main entrance.

my only complaint was the availability of luggage carts. they couldn’t be found when we arrived or departed.
