Prepaid for breakfast, but when we went to eat there was a line of about 8 or 9 people & there was only 1 person taking your order, then going back to cook it. This was very frustrating as we were wanting to get on the road. That was the reason that we chose breakfast included, so we wouldn’t have to stop once we got on the road. We waited about 10 mins & there was still 4 or 5 people ahead of us. The lady working at the front desk was nice enough to refund us the amount we prepaid for the breakfast. We were delayed from leaving due to waiting in line & then had to stop somewhere else to get breakfast

I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. They weren't rushing to just take your money and check you in. They made conversation with my kids, made sure we knew everything and with great hospitality.

The only thing I would have changed was our room had a mildew smell to it. I actually was pretty nauseous the entire stay. I'm not sure if it was connected to the mildew in the ceiling in the bathroom or just from traveling as I do get car sick very easily. However, I would still recommend getting it taken care of before someone does get sick from it.

From the moment we walked in the door I loved this hotel. The front desk attendant welcomed us with a smile and was more than helpful. We were in town for a concert for 4 days. Our first night we all hang out in the lobby and they never once bothered us. They have Starbucks coffee, a grill and beverages downstairs. Pool and hot tub. Beds were very comfortable and thr curtains kept out all light. I can't say enough good things about this hotel

The room was nice and clean and we had plenty of room. It was hot outside when we stayed but our room was nice and cool. We would most definitely stay here again. The staff was great.

would be nice if you could get complimentary coffee in the lobby. We really enjoy our coffee the first thing in the morning and had to leave before we were ready to get coffee.

Location was walking distance to stores, restaurants. Room was very comfortable and contemporary or newly remodeled. Bed was very comfortable with nice linens. Enjoyed the bar in lobby before dining out. Staff let us come in early to use laundry, then checked us in early as well. Appreciated treadmills we used. ALMOST went swimming; clean, nice temp. Feel refreshed!

Courtyard's standard of quality is awesome. Luxurious Accommodations in a bright cheery setting. DoorDash is available. the Hotel did a good job of sound proofing as you cannot hear traffic on the interstate side. PLENTY of room for parkin g for a boat, horse trailer or anything you are towing if on vacation. Conveniently located at the city center. Luxurious accommodations with friendly staff. Good value for the price. Will stay again!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the facility was modern and gorgeous, the courtyard was private and well maintained, the building was easy to access and also secure, well lit parking lots, close to lots of shopping, restaurants and attractions.

Due to Covid-19 the staff weren't able to clean the room everyday and I understand that isn't under their control. However, they did empty our trash and provided clean towels whenever we asked for them! Didn't really see a continental breakfast available as advertised but ate elsewhere instead.

everything was very clean

it wasn’t anyones fault, I just wish we knew about the pool being closed before we booked. also I had a do no disturb sign on our door and one of the house keepers knocked and walked right in. I did not like that at all.

Breakfast was good with a lot of different choices. The beds were really comfortable. There was plenty of room to move around in the room with our stuff.

The price was a little steep
