Red Roof Inn Bristol

Fairly large room with some modern upgrades and alot of desk space and comfortable chair. Heat and Air worked well and the room smelled and looked clean. Had a microwave and mini fridge in the room. I really liked the receptionist, he was very nice, friendly, and memorable, he also ensured we were OK with going upstairs before giving us an upstairs room.

The bed definitely could have been more comfortable, was a cheap spring mattress and could definately feel the springs from the top, but wasn't too hard and I slept OK. I would rate the bed as a 6, tolerable, for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to sleep on this bed for a week. This hotel doesn't have any options for breakfast or offer any included breakfast other then coffee. This location also does not have an elevator to access the upper floors so plan to walk up and down some stairs.

Very good price for room provided. Close to interstate, but qiet. Room clean and pleasant. Microwave, mini-fridge, television and bathroom all good. Close to gas stations and fast food restaurants. Close to local supermarket (did not visit) and within a short drive to a very nice Krogers supermarket. We have stayed there 3 times; would stay again if price stays the same.

Some hooks (or more racks in the bathrooms) would be a plus.

The hotel was SUPER clean, the owner who did our check-in was amazing and friendly, our room was clean and comfortable. There was not a stain nor mark to be seen as if it was freshly scrubbed. They even did housekeeping during our stay which is relatively unheard of these days!

The bed was a tad uncomfortable but that is purely because I prefer a different style mattress not the hotels fault at all. Otherwise, no real complaints at all.

The office staff is super friendly. He went over and beyond to make sure that we were happy and welcomed We had a minor problem with our room and he resolved it immediately. Beds were comfortable. Water pressure was good. It was pouring down rain and he even stood by the door and held it open for me when I came back from getting our stuff from the truck. I would definitely stay here again.

Did not see breakfast. Did get coffee at the front desk daily. Liked that they make things accommodating for pets. Everyone we met, staff and guests were very pleasant and staff tried to meet all our needs.

I have had more comfortable beds. Would get the King size bed next time to have a little larger room. We had asked for a ground floor room, which is what we got. Although it was a little uncomfortable being below ground level (window right at ground level)

Front Desk Manager (owner?) was very nice. He even offered us a lock for our uhaul but we already had one - a thoughtful and kind gesture! We had a place to park that could be watched via cameras and out of our window. Room was clean, place was quite!

Mattress had a sag on the edge but, since I slept on the other side from my husband, it didn't bother me at all (haha). Regardless, we still had a good nights sleep :-)

I liked the responsiveness of the staff to our needs. My hat's off to the owner. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, the bedding was clean. The room was simple and comfortable. The shower, sink and bathtub worked well. The heat from the heater was wonderful! The price was right.

The fan in the bathroom was louder than I thought it should be.

Close off highway, but could not hear it. Fast food restaurants right by and gas stations for easy fill ups but found a walmart probably 100 miles up the road 30 cents cheaper so glad, we didn't fill up there. Place was very clean, and non smoking inside!

The box spring on the bed. It was an older spring type. Everytime my husband rolled over it squeaked and made noises. Woke me up all night.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. We came in very late and we're greeted with kindness and hospitality as if it were midafternoon. The location was convenient for our needs.

The pillows were not as comfy as the bed. The air conditioner in the room was a bit loud and old, but it worked well.

Hotel is right off of the highway on our way to Philly. Room was quiet and clean. We checked in in the middle of the night, and the man at the desk was one of the nicest people I've ever met. He got us checked in quickly and we were resting from a long drive within minutes of arriving. I got a really great rate online, so all in all it was a smooth and easy visit.
