Quality Inn Hixson-Chattanooga

***I STAYED IN JULY*** The manager said she refunded the full amount for this stay, as I stayed in July and somehow selected September first instead. The staff has a "Yes, sir" attitude in general.

***I STAYED IN JULY*** I don't know what card they sent the refund to, so I handed it over to Booking.com. I was told at the last minute about the refund with my ...reactively, not proactively when I sent the request in July and followed up.

I liked the location and cleanliness of the room and the beds were comfortable as well as the staff that was very helpful and courteous. I also liked that there were a lot of restaurants and things to do close by such as the Chattanooga Zoo. Everything was 15 min or less away.

I didn't like that the parking lot was so small. It would be better if the parking lot went all the way around the building so there's adequate parking for all of the guests.

Very friendly front desk staff. Easy check in. Bed very comfortable, clean.great location!

Back/side doors , not secure , no working locks , anyone can get in. Bathroom could have been given more attention as far as cleaning.

breakfast was a simple grab n go. I would prefer hot meal type breakfast

The floor lamp didn't work, so the room was a little dark. We didn't bother reporting it because bedside lamps were in the room, otherwise I'm sure maintenance would have fixed it immediately.

Good location

Ceiling in room looked like it had major water damage and was peeling and cracking. It didn’t look very appealing and we wondered if it was going to cave in on us.

Close to relatives. Free breakfast.

Location hard to get into and out of from traffic. Need another entrance/exit. Food area too small for the size of the hotel.

Location to family and funeral home.

Due to staffing the room was not cleaned and restocked daily. We had a hard time of getting clean towels. I had to ask for them at the desk. Our stay prior was excellent.

Our stay was great. We we able to drive everywhere we wanted to go in a short time.

The parking was a little tight. They were a few guest with boats and trailers I guess the got in and out ok.

Not bad but not great either. Lots of things about the room (furniture and decor) appear to be updated but several things are still dated or in need of repair and / or replacement. For the price it is a decent place to flop for the night but nothing special.

For the age of the facility, it was well kept.

The card reader at an exterior door, which was not the main entrance, was broken and did not prevent unauthorized people from entering the building.
