Staybridge Suites Chattanooga Downtown - Convention Center, an IHG Hotel

Clean, yummy breakfast, hot tub, location, nice kitchenette and fridge

It isn’t the fault of the motel but each year we’ve visited, there are so many teenagers who monopolize the pool and spa area. there’s no way to get in there. on a giant positive note, we did explain this to the front desk host and she told us she would let us have a full hour by ourselves once the area was officially closed and all teens had gone to their rooms. we were so grateful. Breakfast can be tricky too depending on behavior but f teens and children. local area is a bit scary in places and has strong urine smell. Price seemed high at almost $600 for two nights

I went to Chattanooga for a race and the location of the hotel was perfect! It is also situated within about a mile of most places, so it's a very walkable area. The female staff were all very cheerful and helpful. The man working at the front desk on check out seemed less than interested in helping. Luckily, we had the ladies at check in and it set a wonderful tone for the stay. There is gated parking in the rear of the hotel which was very nice. There was capability to cook and/or refrigerate for longer stays. I would stay at this hotel again.

The bed has seen better days. It had noticeable springs. The couch was also not very comfortable. The pillows are also standard hotel pillows, which are so soft that they become about and inch thick when you lay on them.

Although the location wasn’t exactly where I would have liked, it was way better than when we visited the city for the first time. The room was spacious and laid out better than I would have expected. In the morning, breakfast exceeded my every expectation. The food and how it was prepared was light years away from any other hotel I have ever stayed that offered breakfast. They could learn something from you guys.

Nothing. I was pleased with my stay and would return again.

That we have been staying here for years and nothing has been updated at all. Our sofa and chair in the room has rips. The comforters smelled and don’t know when they were last washed. No Ice downstairs for breakfast and not as much to offer. Missed the strawberries, whip topping for the waffles, need bananas and need sugar free

The breakfast was exceptional well put together thank you I enjoyed my stay there my kids enjoyed their stay and the location was awesome we didn't have to spend 30 or 40 minutes driving somewhere. very peaceful and the staff was very attentive to my needs thank you all for your services.

There's nothing that we really didn't like about it everything was just nice peaceful we were just really enjoyed ourselves.

I liked the space and roomy it was. My family and I were able to spread out. It was very spacious. The balcony was nice.

I did not like the price tag. It seemed as if the rates had went up a lot. Roughly about $60+ more than it would normally be. I did not like the fact of paying an additional fee for parking out of the incidental hold. I think that parking should be included with the rate.On booking it does mention parking. I was unaware of the separate charge until after I booked and payed for the room.

Wonderful, Friendly Staff. Beautiful room. Safe Parking and Smoking Patio, didn't worry about our smokers going out late.

Indoor Pool needs some heat, it was so cold our grandbabies were shivering, teeth chattering and lips almost blue, which was upsetting. They were looking forward to the pool. They need fans in the rooms to help circulation, our room was warm and didn't cool off until later into the late night.

They had a great breakfast. They had sweet and savory. A lot of hotels offer muffins or pastries but I'm not fond of sweets in the morning. They had a full array of eggs, potatoes, sausage, bacon.... Yum.

They did have a group of wild (Local) teenagers come in the second night we were there. They were drinking and smoking weed in the stairwell. I believe there was a prom and the staff did a good job of taking care of the situation.

The room was super clean, the bedding was very comfortable. The food was good. The pool facilities were clean and in good order. The kids loved the pool and we loved the hot tub. The location was perfect.

The ice machine was down, and the parking lot on the rear of the hotel could have used better signage.

The room was spotless!! Loved the little kitchen area and was sorry we were only staying one night. We woke up late for breakfast, we went down with only 10 min left. The employee was very kind and took care of us like we were the first people there! She put our breakfast in a Togo container and made sure we had all we needed. The employees at front desk answered all my questions and were very friendly.

The mattress in the sofa bed was terrible. My two 12 year olds woke up with back pain and complaining. I tried it out to see and it was very thin and uncomfortable. It needs to be replaced. The bath and toilet area was very small, the door barely closed. I was traveling with my mom who needs assistance in the toilet and I had to leave the door open in order to assist her. The TV remote in the bedroom did not change the channels. Only turned on and off the TV.
