Hotel was new and clean and in close proximity to several restaurants and shopping places.

We paid in advance through booking.com. When we arrived, the attendant said we had not paid and asked for a credit card. She wouldn’t even listen to what we had to say. Booking.com confirmed that we were paid in full. The next morning, a different attendant confirmed to the error and we are hoping to see a credit back to that card for the duplicate charge. Another customer was having the same issue. Also, we were told breakfast ended at 9:30 but they started putting breakfast away at 9 while several people were just coming to the lobby to be served.

Everything. From walking in the first day until we left. Everything was fantastic. Actually going to make a trip back to the area. Will definitely be our go to now:) Tons of restaurants and even the Mall in walking distance. Pet friendly!!!

There is honestly nothing I can say negative about the hotel, location or staff. Everything was way better than I had anticipated. Very pleased. You would really have to think to find something to be unhappy about.

We really liked the indoor and outdoor space to.visit with friends. We liked the size of the kitchen and closet, had plenty of room for three of us to hang clothes and unpack a little.

The breakfast was not impressive. The "quiche" and breakfast sandwiches could be a higher quality. Apples and oranges but no bananas. We enjoyed making our own waffle and the variety of toppings but overall the breakfast felt very basic.

This is a newly built hotel that was very clean in every area. The free breakfast was excellent. We were able to make waffles, have biscuit with sausage and egg. Cereal was available along with many juice choices and bagels with muffins. The staff were friendly. The area for us was great for our needs. Best hotel I have stayed at in many years.

The bed is new so it is a bit firmer than I am used too.

Nice and clean. Room was great! We would stay again. The pool was really clean and stocked with towels.

The breakfast was just okay. Maybe more selection? Better options? The quiche was dry and the sausage biscuits were...from frozen. No scrambled eggs or bacon.

Our son moved to Hixson a couple years ago. We have stayed at many different places while visiting the grand children. The TownePlace will be our go to now.

It was very clean and friendly staff. The room was amazing and laid out so well.

The doors slam shut loudly so when a lot of people are leaving crazy early in the morning it wakes everybody up.

Wow! Everything was perfect! The front desk guy, German and ALL others were perfect! Wanna come back to Chattanooga just to stay there again!

Overall our stay was very relaxing, comfortable. Excellent staff, we will most definitely be a returning customer.

The rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchenette had a nice setup. I will definitely stay at this hotel again.
